just purchased a glo modem.the problem is that it is too slow. i cant make use of it in the morning or afternoon. i only manage it in the night which is still slow. Downloading with it is hell..........please is this a general problem or what? pls gurus in the house i need help |

Perhaps there isn't 3G coverage in the area you use it? If the modem in connected to a 2G signal (EDGE, GPRS), the data rate aren't comparable to 3G. |
