I want to use this forum to appeal to all patriotic
Nigerians to resist these terrorist who are bent on
breaking up Nigerian through violence and war.
If there is need to break up Nigeria, the conference
table should be the best place to do so.Checkoslovakia,
where we now have the CHecks and the Slovaks, who
separated at the conference table as a good example.
I think that those who are beating these
drums of war were either not born during the Nigeria/Biafra war
or were not in any way affected by it.
Below is a report of a war correspondent which appeared in the
Sunday Times of London of 26th April, 1968 and I quote-
"I have seen things in Biafra this week which no man should have to see.
Sights to search the heart and sicken the conscience I have seen children roasted alive,
young girls torn in two by shrapnel, pregnant women eviscerated,
and old men blown to fragments, I have seen these things and
I have seen their cause: high-flying Russian Ilyushin jets operated by Federal Nigeria,
dropping their bombs on civilian centres throughout Biafra ...
At Onitsha - the 300 strong congregation of the Apostolic Church decided
to stay on while others fled and to pray for deliverance.
Col. [Murtala] Mohammed's Second Division found them in the church, dragged them
tied their hands behind their backs and executed them."
["Nightmare in Biafra," Sunday Times (London, 4/26/68, p.12), by a war correspondent]

If you come across an Ibo man who bears the name "Oguadimma", meaning "war is not good",
You can guess rightly that he was born during that war.
Nigerians should be referred to this web site to have just a glimpse of the
situation in Biafra during that war.Let some of our conpatriots from the North
and the Boko Haram sponsors think again.War is not a tea party.
