Could anyone please help me: Every Blackberry has a model number as you all know even though most people refer to them in terms of their nicknames. Could anyone kindly match the Model numbers to their nicknames for me. Of particularly interest are the numbers for Bold 5 & Bold 6. I am about to bring a number of phones to Naija, but there is just too much confusion with the model numbers even with some of my more informed friends. Please only reply if you're sure so as not to add more confusion. Are the numbers below rightly matched to their NNs, and what are the missing ones? Thanks you very much in advance. LTaiye: Could anyone please help me: Bold1 is 9000 Bold 5 is 9900 and 9930 The difference is one (9930) has CDMA features while the other doesn't Torch1 is 9800 Torch 3 is 9830 I also advice u check the current and fair ,market in Nigeria Lagos more especially b4 u bring em in so u have a better chance of selling fast that's if u bringing in for the first time 1 Like |

Many thanks for your contributions and advise. Really appreciated. **PLEASE CLARIFY TOUCH 3(Two conflicting answers): - Is Touch 3 9830 or 9860? If it is 9830, then what is 9860? Also could anyone please tell me if the ones below have been labelled correctly Storm 9500 Storm 1 Storm 9520 Storm 2 At the moment I have a number of a couple of Storm 9500 (nearly new and unlocked) How much are these going for. I have been selling high-tech phones for three years on NL and I must tell you that the secret of a successful sales is knowing what your propective buyers want (models in demand), with that done your experience will be a roller coaster. From your post above you already have few pieces of 9500,my advice is sell them off in the US and replace them with 8520 or 9300 as the demand for storms is very poor. Below are list of phones in demand: Curve2 -8520 Bold2 - 9700 Bold3. - 9300 Bold4 - 9780 Bold5. - 9900 Bold6. - 9860 Torch1 - 9800 Torch2 - 9810 Curve4 - 9360 Curve5 - 9380 If your prices for the above is good then you have a big chance. |
