Can someone help me with recipe and method of making the above pls

Ingredients Handy measure

Coconut, grated 2 medium

Sugar ⅓ cup

Edible cassava starch ⅔ cup

Directions

Mix the starch, finely grated coconut and sugar. If the starch is very dry, a little water may be added to facilitate spreading on the baking tin.
Add cinnamon or nutmeg if desired. Spread the mixture thinly on an oiled baking sheet. Mark into squares before baking in a medium hot oven (170° C, 325° F).
When browned and very dry, loosen from baking tin cool and put into air-tight tins.
For a product lighter in color, use a lower temperature and bake longer until well dried. These biscuits are produced in large quantities in Lagos and sold.
