Job Title: Retail Store Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Generate maximum revenue by ensuring that the retail outlet is run in a profitable and effective manner

• Responsible for the running and commercial performance of the retail outlet.

• Lead and motivate your team to maximise sales and to manage the store operation to ensure that all store targets are achieved, whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures.

• Maximise sales through effective sales floor management. To proactively use Retail provided propositions & initiatives in order to grow the Companies market share.

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service standards and to demonstrate 1st class product knowledge that targets the customer’s needs at every opportunity.

• To ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively and that all operational areas e.g. stock control, admin and presentation are maintained in line with store standards and Company policies and procedures.

• Manage the store profit & loss account within budget.


• Reach sales targets and increase profit, oversee stock control, ensure quality is of the right standard and supplies are re-ordered on time.

• To ensure that all store policies and procedures in respect of Security and Health and Safety are adhered to in order to provide a safe and secure environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A good degree in any field, with a minimum grade of 2.2
• An additional degree in Computer Science, IT or any other related field is highly desirable
• Should have at least 3 (Three) years experience of managing an electronics and gadget retail store for a reputable organisation.
• Excellent IT skills and excellent knowledge of computer hardware and ICT gadgets
• Should have entrepreneurial skills and goal oriented.
• Should have a good market network with potential clients
• Should have a professional attitude towards work with strong interpersonal, motivational and leadership skills
• Excellent team leader with plenty of self motivation

Job Title: SALES REPRESENTATIVES/ MARKETERS
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Generate maximum revenue from sales of ICT gadgets through aggressive marketing and

• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.

• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping

• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.

• Aid customers in locating merchandise.

• Communicate customer requests to management.

• Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.

• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.

A good grade in any field, minimum of OND qualification

Job Title: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT/ CASHIER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.

• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.

• Receive and process payments by cash, cheques, credit cards or vouchers

• Ensure that all monies in the cash register at the beginning of the shifts and at the end are correct and reconciled.

• Maintain a clean and orderly check out area.

• Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.

• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.

• Issue receipts, process refunds, credits due to clients.

A good grade in Accounting or any related field, minimum of 2.2
Must be polite and well mannered
Must be honest and dependable

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.

• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.

• Confer with client’s staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or
modifications.
• Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and
installation activities.

• Be up to date with trade magazines and technical manuals, to maintain a deep knowledge of hardware and software.

• Confer with client’s staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new gadgets/ systems or
modifications.

• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
