hello please note that the spectranet LTE is a scam i bought the modem and apart from the fact that it takes 3days to activate after several calls and visiting there office in opebi where all there customer service personnel know nothing about there service.when i was later activated you wont be told that there LTE double plan will stop you from browsing because i have exhauseted the night data cap even though i have 15gb left on my day plan .This is ridiculous .No problem i caled the so called customer care and since then spent over N2000 calling the customer care who knows nothing but to tell you the magic word "we have escalated to the technical team and i will call you" that is the only feedback you will ever get.Trust me guys you better go look for other plans |

Very true. Under NO circumstances should anyone think of using Spectranet as their ISP. I have never in my life seen a business as bereft of a single iota of integrity like Spectranet. Took me forever to migrate my modem and when I finally did, I had to wait for another week to have it working. And in under 9 days I had used up my 10 Gig "unlimited" data plan. And this is after I had gone and purchased a data plan from one of our mobile operators. I looked at the self care portal in amusement. Didn't even bother to call their inept Custer care, learnt from the initial 7 days of waiting that that was the same as me beating a dead horse. Modem is sitting in a box of useless household items where it deserves to be. Recently found out Spectranet hosts the world's largest number of online scams, about 60%, so it kinda makes since that they would act the way they do. 1 Like |

Spectranet 4G? It's some serious crap! Not good enough to watch a youtube video without breaking. Tried it in the morning, afternoon, evening and midnight - same nonsense. My etisalat modem did me much better. |

The problem with my spectranet is it doesn't have a charging indicator ,this could give you headache in many situations . one big point they missed out . |
