We are indeed experiencing a breath of fresh air in our electoral system presently under our overtly criticised president Goodluck Jonathan GCFR.

Not saying he is a saint or has performed well in all sectors but we must give kudos to him for changing the electoral terrian in the country by dissasociating from rigging and undue interventions in elections even though his party is clearly on the loosing side even before election kick off but provided a secure and enabling environ ment for a free and fair election. He did it in Imo (okorocha )now he has done it again in Edo.. This are signs of good things to come...Jona U got it right here!!!!

yes Edo people have spoken and they must be commended for coming out en masse to defend their mandate for asecond tenure .However If the president had wanted he would have used his powers to rig and daint the election process like in the past? June 12 ,etc but he didnt but instead ensured that edo was secured and all logistics fully on ground for a free and fair elections to hold with Acn his main opposition coasting home to victory...Nigerians should see change

Give it a rest. This is not about GEJ being genuinely democratic because we now have many examples that shows, conclusively, he is not. This is about a weak and cowardly Presidency choosing carefully who they can get away with bullying without overturning the precious 'Apple Cart'..
