I'm in the process of building my home and I need an idea on I much it will cost for the building plan/design plus the building permit  I will like to have a one storey building with one car garrage, two bedrooms on the ground level including the guest room plus a laundry room. Three bedrooms on the first floor with a family room.  At least one bathroom on the ground floor and two on the first floor. This is a plot of land in Okun Ajah with 120' x 60' size. I will appreciate any constructive feedback for anyone with such experience. Any architech in the house ?

Your requirement is similar to my building plan in Nigeria except that mine includes a penthouse. I have instructed my architecture to make some minor changes for my final approval. I would rather advise you to personally ask a licensed Architect for the project estimate. There are some contractors that do process all the way up to the completion. But that is too much financial burden, the good thing is, you might do your priorities. On the other hand, you'll pay for the processing fee and buy the materials plus the labor.
