Gov. Sullivan Chime is not one of those noise making governors, he is a gentleman to the core just like we had in Gov. Duke, he allows his works to speak for him and it gladens my heart to see that he made the list though he is not my state governor anyway. My list goes like this:

And the worst performing Governor that has ever lived on this Planet is Gov. Martin Elechi of Ebonyi State. The State would have experienced more development in a state of anarchy than having that man in the helm of affairs.

No Northern governor is on the score sheet. Its either we have no Nairalanders up North or the Governors are performing better in sponsoring haramic entities with State resources.

Rochas cannot be above Fashola because Imo is an oil producing state, therefore, they receive extra income apart from the normal monthly wages.

Also, Imo state has a population 4.8 million (density=710/km2 (1,800/sq mi)) while Lagos has a population of 18 million, 3 times more than Imo state (density=20,000 persons per square km. more than 28 times of Imo state population density)
