This is an eye opener! My mechanic charged me 45,000 for alternator for my Sienna! Who knows how many times ive been scammed by suraju my mechanic!

What causes overheating in Toyota Camry 2007?
My car has been having overheating issues since Friday. First it started with gear that locked on Thursday, a rewire fixed that. Then on Friday last week, the fan belt cut, this was also replaced, few minutes drive after that the overheating started. I parked d car almost immediately, a mechanic worked on one of d fans, then we poured water in d radiator, few minutes after that the overheating occurred again. I let the engine cool, poured water again in d radiator and d reservoir, drove home, no issues. Yesterday, being a Sunday, drove to church, another episode of overheating. could it be the gasket? I am reluctant to call just any mechanic, can someone pls help me?
