telling me i asked for an expedited processing and that they only do that for emergency cases not study permit... telling me i may have to make new travel plans and that if i wish to withdraw my passport i should let them know... na wa ooo. just because i reminded CIC my app is 18weeks old and still on background check and that my school doesnt differ... third party means u were being sponsored by someone other than ur immediate family member. Example Aunt, uncle, inlaw etc.

yeah u r good to go if the amount covers tuition for one year plus living expenses. However, if you're self sponsored applicant then it will be advisable to show proof of funds for the total duration of course.

On the issue of fixed account...it is a proof of funds but the amount must reach maturity prior to resumption.

Will it pull through? No, it wont pull through if your worry is with only finance. You have to show proof that u can cater for your tuition plus living expense for a year which is 10,000 cad minimum.

Well, according to ''trv legends and myths'' anytime a VO checks on one's profile then an applicant may see updated on his/her online account. Sometime in June, i saw updated but nothing really reflected in my case. You aint alone in this my bro/sis

I was denied Canadian study visa twice in the past and more recently a south African visa. In my application, I mentioned the 2 Canadian visa refusals but didn't mention the South African visa refusal. I just contacted an immigration letter who advised me to write them stating it and why I didn't mention it earlier.. Sir, what's needed is the email address of the Visa office in accra....
