okay...first thing first, you don't really need any agent to secure an admission in finland neither do you need one to secure your RP. If you follow the steps carefully and follow this thread very well...you won't have any problem. first thing is to try and search the programme and see if you meet all the requirement. Racism? with what i have seen and heard from people...i feel it is not too dominant here but i must say you should prepare your mind for one if it comes. Again, finland's has a good number of black people leaving here....and i also believe depending on the location of your university,you should be able to get something to sustain yourself....learning language? you will start from mita and kitos then dahonestboss will take your language tutoring from there!

Please poster,I subscribed to the Airtel's BSM 1month data bundle yesterday on my techno N7 and I just noticed I can't download using my google play always give me error message like "App download Failed due to error 921" or "Error retrieving information fro server.(RPC:S-5:AEC-0) in some case...please I have changed from 2G to 3G and the problem stimm persists. I guess this does not apply to techno N7,pressing and holding the power key will only bring some profile options like Airplane mode,silent,vibrate and likes.

This things really happens and infact its happened to me before. I made a withdrawal one time at a new generation bank at car wash bus stop at isheri area of lagos and I was almost mobbed when I presented one of the notes to buy a recharge card later. Really the note looks fake but I was convinced of its genuineness as I withdrew this money from the cashier(not even the atm). Since then I always take a second look anytime I make withdrawal,nothing seems working in this country again.

Taraba state pays 2,400 as at 2010 but don't be dissapointed if they pay you for only 3 or 4 months.Imo pays #0.0 too

I got this from UAF facebook page as regards the delay in processing of applications

Due to a record number of applications which arrived between 29th and 31st of January, we have a small delay in handling incoming applications. We are now processing documents which have arrived on 5th of February.

After all applications have been processed, they are delivered to the university. Contact the university directly for information on the student selection process!"

I guess they have loads of application right now.The very first application I sent like early January took almost immediately but the other I sent days back hasn't been processed yet.Even it takes far longer to reply mails now.I guess we should be patient.

The funniest thing about all these deductions is that they never notify you or send an alert.you just simply noticed your account balance has gone down.

Access should be the worst in these illegal deductions...they charged my acct twice for a cheque book I never got 1,200 twice,account maintenance always in d region of 800.Atm charges and alerts are damn killing too.the funniest thing is that I visited 3branches to complain about some deductions and I got 3 different responses.The stories never add up.well I've done d needful,I simply order for the closure but close to 1 wk now I haven't received my money.They claimed there Head office is responsible for account closure.

I wanted to ask the same question too.which of the private courier service is cheaper than NIPOST.And again if you think these private courier service are always reliable,then you haven't witnessed there bad side.There are some times mail got delivered far more than the stipulated delivery period.Also do we also know that most of these private couriers don't cover some routes around the world? Yet again,even if some people says NIPOST is inefficient,does that justify in anyway the FG owing pensioneers for 69 months? Almost 6years I must say.This should be condemned!!!

Like many Nigerians,I actually believed NIPOST was dead untill I tried them lately.I sent some documents to Finland which normally takes 4days by Fedex at the rate of 14,250 but when I went through NIPOST,it cost me just a meagre 300 naira and this mail got delivered in exactly 10days.infact I also had d opportunity of tracking the said mail.so I think NIPOST might have been dead before,they have suddenly woken up lately.u need to visit NIPOST at ikeja to confirm the level of work done there.

@omidan21...you will only start a new appliication as soon as you've completed the first application and converts to PDF.Each school with a seperate application.For example,if you're applying to university of Helsinki for MDP.Public Health,you open d application and completes the application form for the programme,convert to PDF and Print.If you wish to apply for a new programme,you'll click on New application and also complete the form.You can only apply for a new application as soon as you've completed the previous application.Also,you can make as many applications as you wish.I hope I answered your question.best of luck to us

From my little understanding of the UAF portal page,I think you're to send 4 sets of documentations for the 4programmes u applied for.You may have to tag each envelope with corresponding UAF numbers for easy sorting.dahonestboss will correct me if I'm wrong but I think that's how it works.

dahonestboss...nice having you back on d tread,I asked this question a long time ago,but you were not available then.Got answers but I need a further clarification on it.Is it possible I send 2copies of my official transcript together to UAF for two seperate applications.Each envelope to be marked with corresponding admission number? This is in a bit to cut cost as my Uni makes use of this exorbitant courrier service.Each transcript will be enveloped seperately,addressed and marked with individual admission number.Also,I believe I just need to send 1toefl score regardless of how many applications I'm submitting.Looking forward to ur response.thanks
