This is inter faculty transfer ..dept under same faculty only do same courses in part1,except for some few dept.,what they will just have broadly in Common is chemistry (chm101)....
Chemistry dept will do phy101,mth101,chm101 and der corresponding prac in first semester..
Nursing will do phy105,mth105,chm101,zoo101,bot101,so you can see there lot of courses they are doing differently...
If it has been microbiology ,zoology or botany,it would have been easy since they do almost same thing in part 1

You will resume to part 2.
Before crossing,d hod of ur former dept must sign u out and the hod of the new dept must sign u in.if u are signed out but not accepted, that means u are floating,it only takes the grace of God for ur old dept to accept u back.mostlikly beg the hod of a lower dept to accept u.
That's why its best to confirm from the hod of the new dept if u will b accepted.

its 100% possible since they are doing almost same courses in part1.most crosses to health sciences are mostly from biological sciences.

on the change of course form,it is boldly written that any student in faculty of education cannot cross or change department ..so once u are in,u are stuck except u take another jamb.

The thing is, I don't know about microbiology but biochem....is very knotty to get out of.
The HOD doesn't normally allow crossing.
Med rehab is also in the college of health sciences; and they too do not like taking crossed students....

Perhaps with strong connections and an inordinately high store of good luck.....

The 'apply for change of course' statement was written for everybody that has an admission offer irrespective of whether they got their desired course or not. I stand to be corrected though
