You know I've been studying and found that buying land is the safest investment you can make with sure returns on investment. When you come to think of it, when you buy land, the only you worry about is not losing money because land (especially in a great location like Ibeju-Lekki) always appreciates. So you are always going to be profitable, not to mention the numerous potentials of the land itself to earn money.
Let's discuss land and how to profit from it. My contact in the signature.
Properties / Land For As Low As 500k In The New Lekki??? by bare1(m): 8:29am On Jun 27, 2018
Ibeju-Lekki is a real estate investors' delight and this is because of the big developments going on there through private and public entities. The most notable being Dangote refinery which is expected to kick off operation soon. Also, is the proposed Lekki sea and international airport and the Lekki Free Trade Zone. As a result of this, there's a land rush for land in that area.

That being said, do you know that you can get a plot of land for as low as 500k. Something you cannot find in most parts of Lagos. For more information and inspection booking, contact me.

I haven't uploaded my drivers license on uber despite having an account already with them. Is it okay if I register afresh with another number or do I have to change my old number?

I just learnt that uber pays #20,000 to partners/drivers for referring partners/drivers and those referred also get paid too. Is this true please?

He just asked you how much can one make weekly and you danced around the question and talk of free wifi?

who free wifi help?

It's not your fault....As if you would reject free Wi-Fi any day. So you know, it's helping me. I don't have to buy data for the next few months.

sounds nice, but are you a partner or driver with them, how much can I gross weekly, are there enough riders on the platform. I won't get answers to these questions by contacting them. Only those already on the platform can answer these bro. So I ask you, are you partner or driver?

Well terms you will get from them. I'm a partner, today makes my second day on the platform. It shows 1000 downloads on playstore but I'm just trying to see what it brings at the weekend. I've heard a driver speak well about them, but personally I know it's a good platform and going to attract even more riders. The important thing for a driver is getting a car, creating an opportunity to earn.

have you tried them? what are their terms and how much can one make weekly. seems you're just interested in referral money.

Not just referral money. I believe it to be a great platform. Besides being a Nigerian company with the interest of partners, drivers and riders at heart, it also offers drivers and riders insurance cover of up to 1 million naira for drivers and 250k for riders. Also they offer free WiFi access to drivers and riders. Contacting them would be your best bet for more detailed information.
Nairaland / General / Is Smart Cab Nigeria The Latest Big Thing In Ride-hailing In Nigeria? by bare1(m): 12:42pm On Aug 25, 2017
Awesome day to everyone who comes on this thread. I do need your opinions on the topic. I've been looking at ride-hailing in Nigeria after coming across some complains, especially with TAXIFY in the condition of some of their cars. One time a friend complained about a smelly car coming to pick him up and another friend complained of a car without A/C. This is quite appalling. I know they do have clean cars also but the comfort of riders should mean a strict vehicle inspection. I started looking anyway, and found Smart cab Nigeria to be quite amazing than any other company in the market now. Besides the insurance cover of 1 million naira for drivers and 250k for riders, I'm thrilled by the free Wi-Fi access when you ride with them. So far so good, I would give them 10/10 but I would like to hear if anyone has got any uncool experiences with them.

So uber doesn't accept temporary drivers license for registration? Don't they know how impossible it's becoming to get one after doing a capture?

Uber doesn't accept temporary drivers license from what I gathered. However I'm sure those bashing uber that it won't work have been proved wrong.
