Travel / Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by Bilspop(m): 10:44pm On Mar 01, 2017
Hello. Can someone please give a summary of the processes, documents and fees for a virgin traveller going to SA. I work here in Nigeria and visiting SA for a month course, travel itinery and hotel accomodation taken care of.

Questions
1.Where do i start from? Am I just to go straighf to the embassy? Or can everything be done online?
2. What documents do I need?
3. Must the marriage certificate be from court? The one I have is from religious body.
4. How much balance must at least be in my bank account statement ?
5. Any info about procuring Yellow fever certificate? Can I get it from any hospital?

Ive tried reading through the thread, but the vastness and other discussions in between is making it difficult to grab all i need at once. please provide any other details as current for 2017 visa application.

Thank you very much.

Men, i think sound city is up to the task. It's not gained massive viewership only in lagos, but round the country. I think the brains behind sound city is a big rev in our home musical entertainment
TV/Movies / Quiz Line: Good Or Bad? by Bilspop(m): 7:54pm On Jul 18, 2006
One of the NTA network latest programs is QUIZ LINE, in which u have to find answers to questions asked and call-in to the program. Hav u ever try to participate? I think its a mere extortion of Nigerians. A N100 flat rate even when u are not able to participate. C'mon people, what do u think? Why are people always wanting to fraud us in this country? Wht do u think we should do?

Phones / Re: Download Help by Bilspop(m): 12:10am On Jul 04, 2006
First, ensure the game is compatible with your phone by checking its specifications. Second, make sure there's enough free memory on your phone. Third, Try and dowload only when network is very ok (like midnight). It is also advisable to reboot your phone whenever you download somethng. If all this doesnt work, the problem may be from the link of downloading, you'll have to try another site

It was Opera mini that was restricting me from typing long message. Im now on my nomal wap browser. Glo offered me the best GPRS services until i started with Vmobile late last year. Infact, the kind of 'game' (browsing free while they are charging people) i played with glo, i cant try it with any other network. Mobile internet is another world entirely, where you barely feel hungry until your battery is down. Seun, i thank God for your life concerning this site, its been a BIG one to us all since inception. Though, its the busy world that usually keeps me from posting and replying trends on this site, ive always followed the trends. But i'll try my best from now on to always contribute. If anyone needs any advice or help on mobile internet, spit it out and lets debate it. Thank you all. Keep the flag flying

Talking about mobile internet, its been my area since its inception in 2004 when glo started. I used glo GPRS for about 9 months then i used MTN GPRS for abt 4 months within whch i used Vmobile CSD for 4-5 days. After all that, ive finally settled down for Vmobile GPRS. I bet mobile internet is one of the best thing that could happen to a person. My phone's restricting long message. I'll b back

Romance / Re: Girls Asking Guys Out by Bilspop(m): 9:18pm On Dec 21, 2005
Actually, i dont see any wrong in a girl asking a guy out. Though, it is often misunderstood by some guys as they consider such girl as being cheap. As for me, i will love the girl for being herself and the confidence she had to walk up to me. I just want to advise you girls, always go for what you want. Most girls express their mind in kind, i will employ you to 'talk d talk'
Forum Games / Re: Words of Wisdom by Bilspop(m): 8:53pm On Dec 06, 2005
This is a topic i like. I consider wisdom words as answers to the questions of life. Let me start with these:              >the secret of living is giving                     >be humble or you'll stumble                   >the more you look back, the less you get ahead. There's no future in the past                >to win the race you have to stay on the track                      >the fist rule of winning is... Dont beat yourself                      >if you suceed, try something harder.                         ...more to come

Romance / Re: Why do some guys waste time? by Bilspop(m): 4:55pm On Dec 04, 2005
layi, thats my life too. I spend when i hav. But i know its rear to see someone spending too much without interest in something. @prettyH not every guy that spend too much r dummies. Dummies in this respect are those that lavishly spend with no focus in a girl's life. Though, there are naturally generous pple like me, but thats when there's enough
Romance / Re: Romantic Way to say "I Love You" to a Lady? by Bilspop(m): 4:33pm On Dec 04, 2005
You sure? But do u know not all girls got trippd by those fashions you think. Anyway sha, i prefer it in a natural place, maybe a beach or somewhere so cool that even my whisper can be heard. I'll like girls to contribute and tell us how they like it done
Romance / Re: Romantic Way to say "I Love You" to a Lady? by Bilspop(m): 3:30pm On Dec 04, 2005
A lesson i learnt sometimes ago is that what u cant do to a girl twice, dont try it once. If all u cld afford is a walk down d street in a nice atmosphere with some nice biscuits, go for that and tell her your mind. Also tell her along the line that you could hav taken her to somewhere expensive but u dont want to be fake to her.
Romance / Re: Why do some guys waste time? by Bilspop(m): 3:18pm On Dec 04, 2005
I do and i dont. The guy might want to settle for the girl. Or probably, he's inexperience and stil studyng the girl to knw how he wil tender his plight. Anyway, in most cases, it'll be a girl d guy truly likes. Only dommies spend on girls anyhow
Romance / Re: What Physical Features in Women Turn You Off? by Bilspop(m): 2:51pm On Dec 04, 2005
Different strokes for different folks. Anyway, i simply hate flabs on girls. Alongside, i dont like overweights. Sretchmarks and big 'yansh' are also part of my turn offs in females.
Romance / Re: Why do some guys waste time? by Bilspop(m): 2:43pm On Dec 04, 2005
What salary, aqua? IAH said the guy is already nice and satisfying the girl. U dont even know, the guy might want to use such girl as d end in his journey of lov, so he may be studying the girls character. Anyway, after it happened to me once that i lost the girl, i dont take chances again. I declare to her as soon as i hav interest
Romance / Re: Why do some guys waste time? by Bilspop(m): 2:36pm On Dec 04, 2005
Actually, it once happened to me to the extent that i lost the girl. Guys normally want to save some embarasement because in such cases, most girls wont let it show they are in love already. So, the guy keep being Mr. Nice for some time. Nevertheles, if such should happen, i'll advise the girl to tel the guy her mind {or is anything wrong in that?}. Most guys want to sweep a girl off her feet before they propose.

Im very glad this issue comes up. After my girlfriend, another thing that occupies my mind most is 'what is d cure for AIDS'. I read alot on HIV/AIDS to get a clud bt i seem helpless. Guys, dont lets leave d main to discuss the mini. Is it where d disease comes from that d cure is? I knw a little study of the origin will help. Im on my personal project of the cure for HIV/AIDS. Though, no clue yet but im still shaking my brains. I want to make it an open project now. Lets make it a Nairaland project. Though, their's no funding for our research but we have some doctors and scientists here, lets task our brains and bring up ideas. Lets do it. I have a strong believe the cure is available. Lets go into research and experiments. Raise what you think here and lets delibrate. Ideas are like chikens, if you have one and rare it very well, you'll soon have a dozen. Also, anyone that wants to join this project, whatever religion u may be in, please pray for divine support and instructions. AIDS is real.

Wow! I can imagine the unity in our diversity. So many schools sha! I would have bet the alumni of my sec school will fill Nairaland because its d school of the greats! But only FOD attended but didnt even finish there. I wonder how many Nigerians are now studyng at home compared to those abroad. Anyway, as for me, my schools are; Ansar-ur-Deen Nursery and Primary Schl, Abeokuta. » Baptist Boys' High School, Abeokuta, Ogun State {Nulli Secundus - Second to Non} » Currently in Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State {GREATEST OSUITES /OOUITES}
