Any news about the cut off point for the IJMB students?

Nothing has been said concerning the cut off of other courses, but above 200", while Medicine student is 240, Any news about the cut off point for the IJMB students?

Unilorin fixes minimum admission cut-off at 200
The admission cut off for the 2010/2011 admission for the candidates of the Unified Tertiary
Institutions Matriculation Examinations (UTME) is 200 as the University of Ilorin retains the
usual cut-off mark adopted since years ago.
For candidates who want to study Medicine, the admission cut-off, as usual, is also 240 while the O’ level
results to be presented must have been obtained at a single sitting. Some other courses also have their
minimum cut-off points above 200. The University reached this decision at the end of the 210 th Senate
meeting last Friday.
The deadline for the online submission of candidates’ results to be used to process the admission was
fixed at August 15, 2010 while all provisionally admitted students will be interviewed by their
Departments.

I heard that Ijmb result has been canceled, due to some guys caught with Ijmb fake results, meaning that Unilorin no longer accept Ijmb result,

@hollafun96, It's a very good question, have being thinking of it too, they are God sent to us to bless us and heal us of our diseases, They (PASTORS) gets funds/grants/gifts of millions, I expect the uni to be cheaper not expensive,

@ifkunlethe, I dey my brother, my phone was faulty, i got your number from the thread yesterday and I sent you a mail on facebook to send me your number, Base on my INFO, a friend of mine is the S.U.G treasurer, he has access to the Dean of student affairs office, that was what he told, that the Dean said nothing has been said yet abt the POST UME.

lol, am not saying you are wrong, but how certain are you? because am in Ilroin presently all they are saying is that NO INFORMATION ABOUT THAT YET!

@Poster, Having 5points can't work for comp. science, From 7points upwards. Only social science courses are from 5points.

@UI, I agree with you, it will be very very difficult to get admission now, what will the criteria be?

It's a very good idea, but i doubt if all the universities will abide by it? What will Unilag do? they have chosen their date already for their post ume,

It can't be 6th June. The post-ume form is not out yet!
