Politics / Re: What Would You Miss About United Nigeria? by champredd(m): 1:52pm On Jan 13, 2010
I will miss nothing, except for the fact that a break up will probably result into more than 3 nations. And non-Yoruba people will require visa to get to Lagos.

Asking a small kid what do politicians do, "less than sh1t". Why because my Dad use to say they don't do sh1t.
Business / Re: South Africa: The Real Giant Of Africa? by champredd(m): 8:50am On Aug 12, 2009
African countries are busy being continental giants, instead of aspiring to heights of the "real giants" in the rest of the world.

One thing that all African countries share, is that they all extremely rich materially, but have the poorest of people across the world.
Foreign Affairs / Re: 9ja Ranked 15 Out Of 177 Nation by champredd(m): 10:46am On Aug 03, 2009
Nigeria is still in early development stage due to external interference following "independence". She will regain her balance and rise to glory in recent times
Romance / Re: Marriage Is A Beautiful Institution But Why The Break-ups ? by champredd(m): 1:13pm On Jul 16, 2009
Fidelity is key in marriage.

I also believe that motives never change. Once a relationship based on other motives result in marriage, sustaining it is likely to be a challenge. It can work but will require lots of effort.
Romance / Re: Are You Man Enough For Bromance? by champredd(m): 1:10pm On Jul 16, 2009
Sisi Jinx:

If guys have been pals and have been doing all the bromantic stuff over the years (coz it comes naturally). . . how then is it Hollywood Creation?

debosky:

I think he means the term is the hollywood creation, making it out to be some new thing.

Thanks debosky, I mean the term. Hollywood is trying to bring romance to liken pals, buddies to gay couple.
Romance / Re: Marriage Is A Beautiful Institution But Why The Break-ups ? by champredd(m): 10:54am On Jun 17, 2009
Love is the greatest ingredient of any human relationship including marriage. Although many have said its not enough, I believe it is, as long it is not one-sided.
Politics / Re: Oau Appoints Sunny Ade As A University Lecturer. by champredd(m): 9:18am On Jun 10, 2009
Appointing KSA a lecturer is a good move by OAU. That Michael Jackson was not appointed lecturer in USA has no bearing on decisions made in Nigeria.

We must start doing things differently. Many Nigerian graduates are unemployable simply because they spent their entire time on campus learning theories and not practical or application aspects.

Placing more emphasis on practical training will help develop lots of students
Sports / Re: India Vs Nigeria: 99-1. Abeg Who Watch Am! by champredd(m): 9:07am On Jun 10, 2009
I have decided to reconsider the story. My conclusion is that its probably true. Since Nigerians are not very much familiar with cricket. Maybe the story is about cricket. grin
Business / Re: South Africa: The Real Giant Of Africa? by champredd(m): 8:57am On Jun 10, 2009
African countries should stop trying to be local champions and start palying more economic role on the global stage
Romance / Re: Are You Man Enough For Bromance? by champredd(m): 8:54am On Jun 10, 2009
Phuck bromance (i.e the term). Not everything has to be given a term. Men have been buddies, pals etc over the years. Why bromance now? Another hollywood creation.
Nairaland / General / Re: Women, What Is Your Priority? University Degrees Or Ur Dignity As A Woman by champredd(m): 5:47pm On May 19, 2009
People will always find excuses for what they are doing. What is good and what is bad never changes.

Religion / Re: Did Adam And Eve Exist? by champredd(m): 5:08pm On Feb 08, 2009
The existence of Adam and Eve is based on a book written by another human "Moses", therefore people who are academically inclined will tend to raise questions once in a while. But as a christian, what I do understand is that all scriptures are inspired by God.

Politics / Re: 2007: Which Swearing In Method Should Be Used For Nigerian Public Officers? by champredd(m): 9:47pm On Apr 15, 2008
Considering that most of our leaders are not true practising Christians or Muslims, maybe the traditional method should apply to them. But, it should also be noted that they have ways around that.

Politics / Re: Can Democracy Work In Africa? by champredd(m): 9:25pm On Mar 31, 2008
Democracy can work in Africa, only if we stop being cowards, stop bullying each other and stop fighting senseless wars, raping our women and killing innocent children by using them as child soldiers.

In summary, let's start utilising our brain power positively.
