From my experiences, I have lived in Abidjan and Lome Togo.
I worked with international English speaking schools teaching Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
These countries French speaking are very good, law abiding, constant electricity, water supply, human lives are valued,no gap between the rich and poor. In short, they have functional systems.
Business is good in these countries and teaching jobs are very lucrative especially when you're vast in mathematics and sciences

However, the language barrier was a problem for me . I couldn't understand the language.

Thanks for the input, I have particular interest in ivory coast. I will force myself to learn the language

The Gambia will do you alot of Good.
They have good public schools way better than the ones you see in Nigeria,
There are fairly cheap private schools too depending on your budget.
The way some people belittle other African countries and say you are better off in Nigeria is a very fat lie,
I left Nigeria last year to the Gambia, found a good location and started a car wash, in just a year I have saved almost 270000k dalasi which is way over 3 million in naira.
And it is not as of my car wash is a standard type.
If you have any nice business concept , consider ivory coast, Senegal and the gambia.
You can access them via road .
Avoid Ghana dont ask me why.

Hello sir, please can you help me out, I want to come to gambia

Geometric power project was dead, and forgotten. If Prof Bath Nnaji can be truthful to himself, he had given up on that project, ikpeazu rejuvenated that project, and used his position to unravel every obstacle, today, they are alienating him from his due honour and commendation!

Project that was abandoned after his death. Human beings will never see good thing about Alex Ottis government because you are a ikpeazu sympathiser

You must be very senseless to say this. If anyone deserve commendation for the coming alive of this project, it's ikpeazu. Keep silent before you die because of hatred!
Politics / Re: Ikpeazu’s Footprints In Geometric Power Project Success Story by DaniDani(m): 10:13pm On Feb 26
Ikpeazu was far better than what the media projected him. The bulk of the hatred against him is because he's an Ngwa man (hated passionately by fellow Igbos). The 8years of thief A orji was darkness, backwardness, and destruction of Abia State. If thief A orji did what ikpeazu did, then ikpeazu got the kind of money and freedom otti has, believe me, ikpeazu would have been one of the best governors of his time. Thank God that otti is doing well in areas ikpeazu didn't touch or failed to complete.

Alooone:
Mine is more or less of betrayal and man's imminent wickedness...
I got married to my husband in 2013 at the age of 22, then I was still in school... We ttcd for 2years before I gave birth to my daughter in 2015... In 2017 I got pregnant for my son and we packed into our new house (that's where all my problem started).... We had this neighbour that for no reason at all just hated me,...right from day one her complain about me has always been "u too dey pose".....its either you are posing with your husband or you are posing with your child or even your belle..... We nearly packed out because of them.... Shortly before I gave birth I had a dream in which I saw a cat enter into our bedroom and disappeared into my leg... The first attack happened 2weeks after I gave birth to my son then my mum came for omugwo... She was the one that took me to the hospital.... The doctor diagnosed "puperuim psychosis"...after then it has been one attack to the other... When it got to the extent that I have started talking to myself in public unknowingly... I had to run for my dear life... I packed a few of my belongings and RAN with my kids to my parent's house... Now you could ask where was my husband when all this was happening... My people instead of my husband to quench the fire he was busy adding petrol to it... He told whoever that cares to know how I was MAD... According to him he feels "deceived" and "cheated" as he feels my parents knew about my "sickness "before we got married but nobody told him about it. .. It turned to full physical and verbal abuse as he felt saddled with such a liability like me...everyday he reminded me how I was a "regret " to him and told my children how he was going to marry a new mother that will take care of them and was looking for every way possible to frustrate me out of the marriage , because He practically saw it as an "opportunity "
I'm currently staying with my parents and my prayer every day is God should give me the heart to forgive my husband....but it's not easy... Someone we ttcd together and I went through a lot for... as for my neighbour am still praying for her, my God will fight for me... Sometimes I feel like going diabolical cos all these is unfair... I come from a Good, decent Catholic home and prayerful .....just payed for my daughter's school fees (she is an ace student) and saving for my Masters because when I remember all I have passed it further motivates me to aim higher..
Still love my husband though... Sometimes I'm filled with hate for him other times I love him... As for the psychosis ALL the symptoms are gone.
Single motherhood is not what I will wish on my enemy... If you like let it be 500percent the man's fault there will always be a stigma associated with a divorcee....

..

What happened to you was pure witchcraft operation. I read your story and felt like crying, if there's possibility of reuniting with your husband and you wish to, please reply me let me send you a number of a genuine strong pastor that can help you, this is 100% free of charge and there will be no physical meeting if you desire.

seborrhic:

Here we go again!
Do u know what 50,000 shops look like and the expanse of land it will take to occupy 50k shops?
Do you even know what 10k shops look like?
I always say Nigerians like throwing figures in the air without thought.
Even if you say there are 50,000 human traders in Ariaria I doubt. Then you are here talking of 10k,not to mention 50k shops.
Ariaria may have anywhere between 2k-3k shops at most and that's being generous.
For you to have a better understanding of how to arrive at a reasonable figure,do this:how many streets constitute Ariaria market or better put what's the total area of Ariaria market and using the smallest shop size, how many shops can fit into that area.
Stop throwing up arbitrary, exaggerated figures.

You don't know what you are talking about. Ariaria international market is grossly underrated. Ariaria will be among top 3 biggest market in Nigeria. Ariaria is bigger than main market in terms of area occupied. Ariaria is within the boundaries of Osisioma and ABA north local government. In each part of the local government, ariaria occupied a very large area of land. 50,000 shops is not overestimated. The last time okezie ikpeazu administration was chasing road side traders in ariaria about 2_4,years ago, he made it clear that ariaria was having unoccupied 5,000 shops (that's after proper enumeration) and asked road side traders to go and rent shops inside market.

the Falcon is specifically used for plastering. Don't fall to his selling tricks... the outcome on block production will be heartbreaking and waste of resources. Supaset is best for block production and concrete work. Dangote hv 2 type of 3x one is 42.5R(Fast curing) the other 42.5N(normal curing)

I hope u understand R & N. R is for speed construction process but is not a good ethics in construction.

Becareful of the type of cement u buy from Dangote.

Thanks so much for your response sir. The mistake has already been made. I have bought already and transported it to my village. I am now looking for a way out so that the cement wouldn't be a waste. Please advice me on what to do with the 25 bags of dangote falcons; can I use it for foundation laying, or should I use it to mould block or should I mixed it up with supaset/dangote 3x and mould block? What should I do please?

Mayor is a globally recognized position but in general they typically run the cities including waste management, drainage, pot holes, building codes and permits, traffic violations, parks and recreation etc.

They make cities work and function well. It’s only in Nigeria that we have state government doing everything.

You just contradict yourself and muddled up things all in your quest to defend and justify Otti's confusion and complication of things.

I agree but I think what he intends to do is to use tax revenue from Aba to fund the position.

I don’t know if you have heard but Otti has reformed the tax collection in Abia state. Everything in now digital. That has already increased revenue tremendously.

Was it (tax collection) manual before?

Understanding use of Cement
We have different type of Cement specifically for different purpose.
Dangote hv 3products while Lafarge with more than 5products but 2 are popular in circulation

Dangote BlocMaster Grade 42.5R & Lafarge Supaset Grade 32.5R are for block production & concrete they dry fast and also cure fast.

Dangote Falcon Grade 32.5N & Lafarge Classic 32.5N is best for plastering but Lafarge can confidently serve all purpose while Dangote is for plastering alone.

Dangote 42.5N can be used for all construction work like Lafarge Classic 32.5N.Apply your cement wisely during building construction.

Hello, good morning, I was searching for articles related to dangote falcons cement before I stumbled upon this thread. I bought 25 bags of dangote falcons yesterday with the mindset of buying dangote 3x without the seller clarifying me on the differences. My intention was to buy dangote 3x for moulding block, but he loaded dangote falcons in the van that I brought. Before I discovered it, it has been completely loaded with supaset and time was far spent coupled with extra expenses of offloading and reloading it. The seller said that dangote falcons is good for moulding block and also for foundation laying? Please sir, can it be used for block moulding and foundation laying? will there be challenges? What should I do?

The level of evil, wickedness, injustice, humiliation, suppression, going on in this country is more than enough to tear this country in pieces!

We have taken more than enough! What manner of madness is this? So the university management would have loved that they be kidnapped than speaking up?
