sashacoleman: I was denied last year when i applied through the French embassy even though i have valid visas in my passport, i decided to apply again dis year becos i wanted to go on vacation in Europe. After i heard that it would take about 2 months before i get my passport back from them, i decided to try the German embassy, since ive heard nothing but good reviews about their system and i like the interview process, atleast then i can explain anything that needs to be explained. I picked up my passport few days later with my Schengen visa. I'm looking forward to my mini- tour around Europe. If you have your complete documents and you have a good job here, try the German embassy.

Before i accept the offer, i would like to make general inquiries about Dublin and the Institution. Is Dublin a good place to study? What are the chances of getting a job while studying so as to make little extra pay? How's Accommodation like in Dublin? After my course, will i be allowed to remain in the state?

sweet_gala: Yes indeed you would need one, You can visit Northern Ireland which is part of UK, however the Republic of Ireland is a different country. There is an Irish embassy in Lagos now I believe.

Your mixed reaction to the "new" rules have not gone unnoticed. While most people actually liked them, many people had one complaint or the other. This rules are not as new as many people think. They are essentially the rules we have been enforcing all along, but they have been expressed in a more compact form to encourage you to actually read them. I created the 1st draft on the 7th of April and my fellow moderators gave me a lot of feedback which I incorporated into the rules before publishing them yesterday.

Rule 17 is the most controversial rule because it sounds unfair. My fellow moderators have debated this rule at length and it could not be changed. We cannot extend the prohibition against offence to other religions because that limits your freedom of speech, and we cannot remove that rule without jeopardizing security and the safety of lives. Sorry about this.

Your second Analysis is flawed, Arsenal can only come 3rd if Chelsea beats Tottenham today and lost their remaining 2 matches against Villa and Everton (if and only if Aresenal beats Wigan and Newcastle)

Chelsea will automatically place 3rd if they beat Spurs today and win atleast one of their match against Villa and Everton.
