You have to message the seller and intimate him on your dillema. Of course he will likely know what to do, but you can suggest if there is anything he could do to help. Usually two things:

Some sellers have 1usd listing tagged "shipping" or "extra payment" on their stores. So he will give you the link to that and you can first pay 100usd on that link by selecting "100 pieces", then you use another card to pay up the balance of 12usd also on the same link by selecting "12 pieces", to make a total of 112usd. If you want to lock SIM 1 to a particular network type after dialing the code, click on Phone Information 1 and select LTE Only or WCDMA Only or LTE/WCDMA. I use the last one because if I set it to LTE Only on my phone, I cannot receive or make calls but internet speed will be fast.
So I use LTE/WCDMA which is 4G/3G so I get the 4G speed and still be able to receive calls. I think some phones can receive calls with the 4G only sha so try yours and see.

Your truck battery doesn't undergo deep discharge that is obtainable in inverter systems. Car batteries are designed to produce enough current/voltege mostly to start the car (cranking voltage) after that, it is pretty much kept afloat and not deeply discharged so it can last for years as long as the car charging mechanism is good.

But if you employ it for cyclic use, it will die in a few months.

Deep cycle batteries are designed to withstand deep discharge and recharge. So you can discharge them continuously over a long period to a set voltage without damaging the battery.
