Food / Re: How To Prepare Gbegiri Soup by foskybaby(f): 12:16pm On Apr 03, 2006
As for ogbono I don’t know

But Recipee for Egusi ( Efo elegusi right) then here it is

The way I do mine

1. Fry red oil ( epo) is a pot no too much , u must have diced your onions and grinded pepper( don’t use tomato) use only atanla ( the small ones that are peppery) and tatase ( the big one that makes the soup red) don’t be scared it wont be hot but if you like you can adda bit of tomato if you don’t eat pepper
2. Gba the epo ( heat it well) then pour the diced onion then you grided pepper ( add onions in the grinded pepper)
3. Add Knorr cubes not magi knorr is the best then add ede lilo( crayfish) then add eja kika ( don’t know the name in English) let all this fry well well
4. Take your grinded egusi add a little water then mash it up with your hand so its pasty not to watery pour it in the pot , add your meat too let it all fry , turn down the gas light so it does not burn , I tell you at this stage the egusi is so swwet you will keep tasting it till you are full
5. NEXT…….You must have washed your efo with hot water and drained it well then pour it in the pot mix it all and then turn down the gas light and let it cook slowly to your desired tenderness

You can use the same step for efo riro but no egusi added

Recipee for ilaasepo

1. Dice the ila with your hand , don’t use blender I think it makes it watery and it kills all the seeds of the ila when you are eating it
2. Put water on fire and let it boil
3. Blend your pepper only the atanla , don’t add onion, add crayfish while blending it/. then pour into the boiling water not too much water then add little red oil,,, add all your serere, I add mushrooms , knorr fish , gizzard meat and spice it up well so its sweet, let in boil then add your blended ila .
4. Theres this thing that smells that I add tooo …, whats the name o …….hmmmm I have forgotten I will let you know when I remember
5. Add that thing too then let it cook under slow heat
6. The ila will draw well if

Recipee for suya

1. Chop your meat into tiny buts
2. wash and spice up your meat curry thyme pepper, onions any nice spicing
3. Put all the mixtures in a pot cover it for up to two hours or even overnight in the fridge, so that the ingredients enter it well
4. Then fry the meat
5. After frying it , you must have chopped red pepper , green , yellow
6. Take another pot heat a little oil…very little in it…. then pour the chopped stuff in it add little spicing then add the meat and stir fry it
7. After frying it , fry some onions and pour the onion on the meat to make it look like mala suya

Romance / Re: Should I Tell His Wife That He Is Having An Affair With Me? by foskybaby(f): 4:58pm On Mar 14, 2006
i think deep inside you, you want the guy to break up with his wife

what God has joined together let no man put asunder

not even you can pull them apart no matter what you do, you are only letting your own man pass you by by trying to destroy someone else's .you can walk out of the relationship by keeping quite facing your studies and mostly LEAVE THE MAN ALONE.
Romance / Re: Boyfriend Won't Marry Me Because I Can't Be His Slave by foskybaby(f): 11:46am On Mar 09, 2006
I really appreciate all this advise I am happy I have the strength to now move on.

Yesterday I moved all my stuff out and I lodged into a hotel . I think I need time for myself alone and a little space I got this this nice place where I can swim, use the Jacuzzi and have a massage and do nothing other than eat and sleep. That’s what am getting up to all through out this week and guess what he is now calling me like crazy saying he is ready to settle with me that he did not mean all he said . But you know what I am ready to move on and not going back I have taken this rubbish for too long this is how he always begs and then I go back and I give him a month he will be himself again but not this time around I am not going to give him that chance. God help me

Desiree I am glad you responded to this mail I am glad someone was once in my shoes because sometimes I feel like I am the only one experiencing this in the whole world. You have said exactly what is wrong with me I am also from an affluent background and i do everything this guy wants I don’t rely on him for anything I mean nothing at all. All I want from him is love and affection the feeling that someone cares that’s all I ask for. I don’t need his money whatsoever but the continuous strife for leadership has taken up the time he would have used to care about me.He goes on about there cannot be two bosses in the house there’s nothing he does in that house other than eat and watch TV and iron his shirts which sometimes I do for him. When I ask him what he does for me he tells me I have to satisfy him in every angle first before he can do anything for me
Romance / Re: Boyfriend Won't Marry Me Because I Can't Be His Slave by foskybaby(f): 3:58pm On Mar 07, 2006
Gospel man i feel you I appreciate everything you said there I will tell you something  i am not rude to this guy in any way I used to be very angry and I will do all sorts like tear is shirt or destroy something when he cheats on me this was back then but now i don’t do all that anymore I changed my life because wanted him to see that I want to be with him but still he on Christmas day for no reason he did not come home for three days and he did not call me  when he came back I didn’t say a word a week after that he travelled for the weekend no call till he came back the next weekend the same thing I didn’t say a word when he came back I am human too I think there’s a limit to what a woman can take the. I am not rude to this guy except when we have an argument he said he wants a woman that even when he leaves the house for a week with no call that the woman should stay in the house sleep and eat and not worry how is this possible
Romance / Re: Boyfriend Won't Marry Me Because I Can't Be His Slave by foskybaby(f): 3:23pm On Mar 07, 2006
Okay I will give you a brief summary I have had my own mistakes too just as everyone makes mistakes. like some years back whenever I kind of catch him with another girl I knew him seeing me with men made him jealous so I go on and invite a boy to my place then he gets angry and starts begging because he thinks I may
go with the boy. Then we settle , 2 weeks ( max) after I catch him again with some one and then I do my boy thing again but like 2 years ago I got fed up of going
round that circle , though he has assumed I did stuff with this boys …, till today he still talks about those things he still talks about why on one occasion I invited a boy
from Nigeria to come and see me. Now boys don’t get me wrong all the while I was doing this I wanted to move on too but all the boys I have tried to move on with
this boy has driven them all by fighting them I guess I have given you a summary of what the relationship has been like and in my own terms I would say it has been
messy. I have tried to do most of all he wants but he takes me back to things that have happened years ago
