He kept on cheating, I kept forgiving, even after his graduation, we continued, everyone knows about us, almost everyone was seeing us couple of course we were seeing ourselves too, hahaha, we even planned how our wedding would look like, but then he is a woman beater, my mouth no kukuma good if quarrel start but he always starts the fight, his cheating part became something else, he even slept with my best friend's kid sister, hmm, as usual he apologized, and mumu in love, I forgave, after my graduation, a year later I went for service, though I went before him, now the problem, I served in a rural area, no light, poor Network, anytime he calls and am unavailable, he concludes am with a man, he will insult me and everything around me, after much insults, I decided to walk away for good, though it hurts that I wasted almost 7years with him, I was hoping he would change but it only got worse, if I endure and marry this one I will die of maybe BP or beatings, has anyone experienced this before?
Was it a no-sex relationship?

I hope this trend does not continue because before the end of the month, it will be settled whether it is a scam in Nigeria or not. If it is not, many people will start to know someone who knows someone who has covid-19. Nobody will be asking for video evidence anymore.

Even if you think it is a scam, please, be humble and adhere to guildlines. We can still call out our government later assuming it turns out to be a scam all along.

Even if you think your immunity is too strong, think about the old and others with underlying issues.

Hand-washing, facemask and social distancing will not kill or impair anybody. Better to be safe....

causing panic can lead to more Death cause people may resort to sef medication, during d lockdown I went out one day n den saw people running, women shouting n saying robbery at las there was nothing like dat, infact she said dey were 1m boys, see u can't spread panic n not cause trouble n no one who reside in Lagos will even listen to u presently.

public transport carries 4 passengers n some three only in places like Ikeja dey stick to two per seat.

now go to d market, u should know dat if we go by d total no. of active cases in Lagos den 90% of people in Lagos should have d virus.

if an infected person gives a conductor money dat conductor if infected comes across over a 100 passengers daily n dey exchange money.

the passenger takes dat money to d market which both of us go to n gives d woman or man selling now d spread would have gone past a thousand people.

can u trace d conductor of d bus I boarded to n fro work?

can u trace d passengers?

so if tru d govt should show such video's of people dying in their car not someone trying to change or create panic.

the reason many don't believe d covid 19 is real in Nja is cause of d govts insincerity over time, near to empty isolation centres, covid 19 patients protesting, several individuals coming out to say dey don't have d virus.

Thank God for keeping Nigerians safe, if not for God, if what happened in d western world happens in nja d whole place would have been empty

there is covid 19 in Nigeria but not d way Ncdc is dishing out figures daily.

I also don't trust this government but either the rest of Africa is also lying about their cases or covid-19 is actually in Nigeria. How can covid-19 be in Ghana, Benin and Cameroon but not in Nigeria when we did not close our borders early?

I actually think that THREE things could be involved; our exposure to different variants of the flu and cold virus has built up our immunity or we are dealing with a weaker version of the virus or the worst is yet to happen.

Better to be safe than sorry.

dis is how u guys spread panic n fake news up n down, it's not uncommon to see people give up d ghost before getting to d hospital n I know d very Nigeria we are in, if ur statement is to go by d govt of d day will waste no time to publish same , so d citizens will b serious.

At this point, panic might not be entirely bad. Have you been outside and seen how people are flouting every rule of COVID-19 prevention?

I'm having the same symptoms, just that in my case I was down and went for a test which showed malaria and typhoid.
After treatment, I lost the sense of taste and smell. Went back to the lab. and the technologist said that I should go for an HIV test.
Its been over 2 weeks now and I still can't taste or smell anything.
I'm really worried.
Did you have dry cough or sore throat?

Was told the same when my symptoms started earlier until I kept calling and they had to call me over for testing... It came out positive and I am being treated .... Look its not a death sentence.. Here people are being discharged on a daily. Get tested
Please can you give a run down of the your day by day symptoms before you tested positive? So that people can know the difference between this sickness and malaria.

lexy2014:

If it isn't audio, what have they been using to treat those recovered that they couldn't use to treat d governor?
The same thing they've been using to treat those that died. All over the world, a lot of people recover from the virus at home, only the very sick are isolated and hospitalised. Nigeria is isolating every positive case, that's why we think it is malaria compared with the cases abroad.

However, if this story is true, then the governor doesn't want to take chances.

Can you show us the video of the victims? Even if to blur their face just to clear our doubts...
When they show you that, you could still come up with a conspiracy that the people in the video are not real and ask for their full name and address.

When they give you the details, you could also say they have malaria and ask for video of them showing symptoms of COVID-19 or on ventilators.

When they show you that, you could then tag them paid actors of NCDC.

The Director General of WHO is from Africa. WHO never said you shouldn't take the organics. They said it has not been scientifically proven to cure or prevent COVID-19, therefore they cannot recommend it.

no he did not. he just used a bright torch in examining it. i think he is right though because the jaw area look abnormaly red and swollen
Normally when a tooth is erupting, there's inflammation and it is usually accompanied by pain. It doesn't mean it's impacted. You need to have it examined before removing.

hello nairaland doctors i need help here. pls overlook any typo error.

i am over the age where the 4 widom teeth (the molars) of an adult normally grows.

the thing is while the two molars at the top jaw grew without any problem, the other bottom two refused to grow out. i really didnt notice until two year ago when i started having gum aches from both sides of my bottom jaw. at first the pain was mild but it came back two weeks later and this time it was more severe. this made me count my teeth and i discovered i only had 30 teeth instead of 32.

i didnt take it seriously but the aches continued forcing me to see a dentist.
after a minute checkup the doctor told me i had a condition known as an impacted tooth. according to him, my bottom jaw was smaller than my teeth set and that made it impossible for my molars to grow out. he said the pain i felt was due to the two molars trying to push against the obstruction of the jaw.

i asked for a soln and he told me that the only way pluck out the molars. i didnt have a problem with that until i asked for the price.

he told me that the removal of both teeth would cost 15k each. i shouted and he shouted back. i left the office angrily but not before he told me that by the time i get to 26 i will be the one begging for the procedure.

the truth is since the time i did that checkup the gum aches have been coming up periodically. i have been fighting it with warm water and salt but the pain normally comes back after a couple of weeks with each emergence more severe than the last.

so i really want to know if there is another alternative to deal with the ache without parting with my 30k.

i recently noticed with the help of a mirror that there have been little signs of the molars showing up, though majority of the whole is still buried under the jaw.
How did the dentist conclude that the tooth is impacted? Did he take an xray of your mouth?
