RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AGENT:
Successfully manage the sales /marketing plan to meet the company sales target.
Assisting clients in the renting, buying and sales of properties.
Arranging a meeting with a prospective client and convert them to client.
Discuss sales condition with clients and draw up real estate contracts for both clients and agents representing them.
Build and promote lasting client relationship by understanding their needs and ensuring high delivery of customer services.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new competition status

REQUIREMENTS: 

Bsc/HND in any related field.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in real estate industry.
Proven successful experience in sales with consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to close.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to connect and establish relationships with a diverse group of people.
Must be highly organized, well presented at all times, with the ability to maintain a responsive follow-up schedule. 
The role requires a confident team player who understands the importance of achieving sales/profit targets whilst delivering great customer service.
