Title: CASSANDRA
Genre: THRILLER

LOGLINE

CASSANDRA, a sensuous woman but with emotional problems suffers abuse from TOMMY,her brutal boyfriend. When TUNDE, a handsome working-class man saves her life; she starts to obsess over him until she finally seduces him to impregnate her but Tunde intends to marry AMELIA, his fiancee. Cassandra vows to rid off any obstacle between her and Tunde; she murders Tommy and Amelia until Tunde finally kills her in a rage.

AN EXTRACT

INT. TUNDE'S BEDROOM- MORNING

Tunde bursts open the room door. Amelia lies proned on the bed in her pool of blood with a chopping knife pierced into her chest.

TUNDE

No! Amelia!

He rushes to the bed and grabs her limp body in his arms as he cries out in agony. Cassandra emerges in the background from the entrance door silently holding a stick. She is clad in the wedding outfit. She suddenly hits Tunde with the stick from behind. He falls over Amelia's body and slowly rolls down to the floor. Cassandra glares at him and moves around to the bed. She unhooks the knife remorseless from Amelia's body and strolls out of the room. Tunde struggles to his feet and staggers after her.

Thanks for the correction. It has been titled; Edna's Story. Logline; Edna a young sweet girl desperately searching for love has just finished writing her first romantic novel. She goes around excitedly showing it to those close to her until she shows it to the wrong one who cleverly uses the story plot to set up Edna in her vulnerabilty of wanting a man. A big drama ensues.
