Properties / How I Bought A Land With #10,000 Every Month by Kazrem(m): 4:13pm On Dec 11, 2020
I finished the payment of my land a week ago using the power of 10k.

I know this is not what people usually share in public place but I will share mine so you will see the possibility.⁣

Last year December I saw the opportunity to buy a plot of land at Owode at 250k. The payment plan was 20k per month for a plot and 10k per month for half a plot.⁣

I am someone who doesn't sleep on opportunities. I have read somewhere that when you are shown an opportunity, even if you don't understand it, say yes to it and then take your time to understand it. I picked up the form immediately at #5,000. It was after then that I knew I had to start paying immediately. ⁣

I did have a land before I saw this but I wanted to have more. You know, having plenty things gives you freedom.

As at the time I signed up for the land scheme, I had no faint idea where I would be getting the 10k every month. Experience had thought me that when you are committed to a thing, ways will show up.⁣

I paid for the first month and since then, I have always paid every month. Today, the land is mine and I am going for allocation this weekend.⁣

Now, the irony is that if I hadn't done this, I would have spent the monies on another thing that I probably may not even remember today.

My dear teacher, if you earn at least 20k, I tell you that you can do this. You cannot do a full plot but you can do a half plot. 10k every month and 15k on the last month. And what stops you from doing 20k a month if you earn up to 40k every month?⁣

Get the form at #5,000 now and go for site visit this weekend. Pay into the account details below. Send proof of payment to me via WhatsApp on 07030340696. ⁣

Education / The Knowledge Industry As A Panacea To Economic Quagmire by Kazrem(m): 8:01pm On Nov 15, 2020
In the course of writing my fourth book, Teach to Influence, five different professionals have been involved. They are:

1. Graphic designer

2. Editor

3. Social media manager

4. Publisher and

5. Logistic company otherwise known as a dispatch rider.

Each of these people has had a cut of the money.

Now, there are two points I want to make from this.

One, the value chain of producing a book.

When you publish a book, you are not just providing value to the world only, you are also adding monetary value to the economy. You are helping someone to pay bills aside from the value of the book you are gifting the world.

Now, imagine that we have tens of thousands of people writing books, it then means we will have tens of thousands of books editors, publishers, dispatch riders who will be engaged economically. In the end, money will be flowing around and this will go a long way in reducing redundancy in the system.

If there is a good system in place by the government, these set of people will be paying taxes and thereby adding money to the government treasury. In the end, we will all be contributing a quota to the economy however small.

Remember that each of these people mentioned above too has a place they get materials or tools they use from. This means that they will also pay some set of people. Those ones too have employees they will pay salary, rent for where they use and other expenses to incur. The employee they pay has a family to feed, has a child that attends a school. He will pay school fees, proprietors will pay teachers and teachers will, in turn, use the money to buy foods, pay house rent, etc.

What is the essence of this analogy?

The book industry, publishing industry or knowledge industry, whichever you call it, is a gold mine. It is a booming industry that if expend effort on it, it can cure many of our economic challenges.

Researchers estimate that “the digital economy is worth $11.5 trillion globally, equivalent to 15.5 per cent of global GDP and has grown two and a half times faster than global GDP over the past 15 years,” this is according to Huawei & Oxford Economics. (2017).

Knowledge industry is a gold mine that every teacher should tap from. It is not enough to be just a teacher teaching pupils in the classroom and drawing salary every month. You can take a share of the knowledge industry. You are already a teacher and churning out knowledge-based information should not be a serious challenge to you.

I hope this my short piece makes you have a thought about taking advantage of this emerging industry and also take action on it.

Business / Revealed! How To Use Whatsapp To Get Opinions That You Can Use For Your Business by Kazrem(m): 11:49am On Aug 08, 2020
This is the secret I used to sell one product to bear a big financial burden. Please, have your pen and paper to jot down the points I want to mention here.

I have leveraged on Whatsapp to make six figures every month. I don't have money to give but I will dash you this info for free. If you use what I want to share with you today, you will turn people's opinions to cash.

Here we go.

Long time ago, I woke up broke. I hate to wake up as a family man, see lists of responsibilities and don't have money to take care of it.

I asked myself what can I do between now and next week to solve all these financial responsibilities.

Different thoughts crossed my mind. I looked at my Whatsapp list and saw I had over 1,000 people there. These people have a problem that I don't know. Let me ask them their problem and then provide a solution to it.

Gbam! The idea worked.

Immediately that morning, I updated three statuses and they went in this order:

First status - Some people do not know how to do online course.

Second status - Some know but are afraid to do it.

Third status - Some do not know and also afraid. Which category do you belong?

That's all.

Come and see my inbox with responses. I got tired of them. But it was in my favor.

Expectedly, many said they don't know a jack on how to create an online course.

Good one.

I then went into action more by doing a free training on how to create an online course.

Remember the steps I shared yesterday? I followed them diligently.

After the value laden free training, I introduced my paid course, The ABC of Creating Your First Online Course and offered an irresistible, eye-bugling discount.

Boom! The offer was grabbed.

I didn't stop marketing the course and as a result, I kept recording sales every week. That was how I was able to bear the financial responsibilities and even still had savings.

What do you pick from this?

Don't let me still do that for you.

Pick the lessons, draw out action plans and execute. Success favors the bold.

If you have any questions, drop it below. I will answer them for you.

Again, this information worth a #5,000 Masterclass but I chose to let it out for free. Don't waste it.

Watch out for another secret I have used to make money on Whatsapp tomorrow. We have just begun!

Let me have your feedback on this.

Business / How To Sell Your Product/service Like Craze In 7 Simple Steps On Whatsapp by Kazrem(m): 12:55pm On Aug 07, 2020
There was a Whatsapp training I did last year November. If you have been following me before then, you would know it.

The title of the training was, How I Earned 7 Figures Creating 8 Income Streams in 2019.

It was a free training that I did. But I blamed myself for doing it free later on. I will tell you why.

On the night that I wanted to do the training, I had over 400 people in attendance ready to listen to what I wanted to share.

I had prepared a well explanatory slides. I have recorded eyes friendly videos. And I have saved them well.

I looked at the quality of what I wanted to share with them and I shook my head in disbelief that I was sharing such free.

Some people don't share one tenth of the value and yet they slap #5,000 on their training. People who have paid for my course or book before knew that I deliver nothing but fantastic value.

I checked the attendance and saw 400+. My head swelled because I have just left money on the table.

Imagine if I had charged #1,000 for the training and I have over 400 attendance, in one night I would have made #400,000.

Okay, let's say not all of them will pay and agree that only 10% of them paid. That's 40k in a night for a teacher!

What says I can't repeat the training over and again after two or three days intervals. If I still record 10% sales, that's 36k. In a week, I could have made close to 80k. Worst case scenario, I will make 20k in a week. That's still not bad for a teacher.

Now listen to me. If you have a product that you sell on WhatsApp, do these things I list below:

1. Use the product or service you are selling and have a personal testimonial that you can use as a story with it. This is a fantastic method to make sales anywhere.

2. Create a story around that product or service describing who you were before using it and who you are after using it. Stories is one of the best ways to captivate people.

3. Give it a good title that shows both the problem and the solution. E.g, How I overcame bad skin in three weeks in five simple steps.

4. Host a training for the title and create a stunning flier for the training.

5. Deliver the training on the said date using this format: Share your story, mention lessons and list action plans for the attendees.

6. If you are a badass marketer that is aggressive, sell your product or service to them.

7. If you are not aggressive like me, don't sell. Keep them. Give them value consistently. Gain their mind. Selling will come in time. Your inbox will be filled with questions which will go you an insight of what to create to sell to them.

This is a simple process that worth #5,000 but I am telling you free. I am good like that.

Business / How To Use Whatsapp Status To Sell Without Being Salesy by Kazrem(m): 3:50pm On Aug 06, 2020
“Stop selling and start helping”

People don’t like to be sold but they like to buy

Something happened minutes before I started typing this article. ✍

One of the contacts on my list begged me to send her the video I shared on my Whatsapp status two days ago.

I had shared a one minute video on my Whatsapp status two days ago and now she begged me to send it to her as a private message. I did anyway.

But what was the video about? ‍♂️‍♂️

In the video, I simply talk about what private school teachers and school owners should do right now that school is not opening any time soonest. It was a short but loaded video.

What did I do that turned that stranger (yes, because I don’t know the person in the real sense of knowing) to ally?

There is a course I created this year. I have sold the course to approximately 102 people. 95% of these people are strangers yet they buy from me. And the platform that I used to sell to them? You guessed right.

How did I do it? How do I turn strangers to allies and eventually patrons of my product? That’s what I want to share with you today.

When you just add someone to your list of Whatsapp contacts, the first thing to do is not to sell to them. That’s a bad strategy. ❌❌❌

The first thing is not to add them to a group they know nothing about. They will run from you.

The first is still not to send broadcast messages to them. That’s like spamming.‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️

The first thing is to show them love and care. Genuine. ✅✅✅

First, after the event where you meet, that same day or the day after, send them a message to show that you care. Send them a message like, “Good day Mr. XYZ. This is Mr. Kazeem, the guest at the Meet and Greet event at Civic Centre. It was a great moment talking to you that night. I had a different view after having a chat with you. I am glad we met. This is to say thank you for sharing your experience. This is my Whatsapp number”.

Remember to make it short and show love and care. Even though you gave him your number the last time, you want to be sure he has it and save it.

Now here is a Whatsapp hack you can use to make sure that Mr. XYZ and other people you just have on your list and even the people you have before, see you as someone who wants to help them and not sell to them.

Don’t come in the morning and advertise your product on your Whatsapp status to us. No. Wrong strategy.

Don’t choke us with 25 Whatsapp statuses at once. They will mute you.

Don’t demotivate us early in the morning with the news of a 72 old man raping a 5 years old girl early in the morning.

Don’t come and tell us how an APC member decamped to PDP even though he has been an APC governor for almost four years. We can read that everywhere.

Offer help.

Share motivation.

Share an inspirational story.

Arm us with tips RELATING TO YOUR PRODUCT (I will talk about that shortly).

Quotes.

In short, be the person they look forward to his Whatsapp status.✅✅✅

Offer help.

Understood?

Then and there, you can “sell” (I will still talk about this later in the days)

In a nutshell, stop selling and start helping.

Gary Vee puts it succinctly. He said, Give, give, give, give, give … Ask

Do you get that?

I shared more Whatsapp hacks and how you can grow your list on Whatsapp and even turn them to loyal customers in an audio program I did. I want to give everyone free. The audio program is on “How to have 200+ Views on Your Whatsapp”. Click on the link below to download it.

Business / Why You Must Use Whatsapp To Promote Your Business by Kazrem(m): 6:07pm On Aug 05, 2020
"Where people are gathered, there is money there" - The Value Don

Presently, there are over 2 billion people using Whatsapp globally.

This is not what I said by myself. You can Google it too.

In Nigeria, NCC reported that over 122 million people use the internet in Nigeria. These statistics were for 2019 July. It could have been more now.

There's a tendency that people who are internet users are also on Whatsapp.

Now let's bring this down to the locals.

An average smartphone user has at least 100 Whatsapp contacts. I for instance have 1,979 Whatsapp contact out of the 2,380 numbers on my phone. Yours could be more or less. But it can't be less than 100.

If you have 100 Whatsapp contacts, I tell you that there is in their hands. Remember, wherever there are people, money is there.

So you should start growing your list of people on Whatsapp (I will tell you that soon). Start seeing everyone on your list as a potential customer because, in reality, they are your potential customer.

The laptop I use now, I bought it on Whatsapp. Shey you see now? The person has me as his Whatsapp contact, pitched his goods to me and it was a time I needed to change my PC and I bought it. Funny enough, we never met. Yeah. You read that well.

You must use Whatsapp to promote your business because almost every smartphone user is on Whatsapp.

You must use Whatsapp to sell because it is cheap. For three years now, I don’t have a physical office yet I run my business.

Now how do you grow your list of Whatsapp contacts so that you can have many people to pitch your goods to?

Emeka Nobis said one thing on Monday and it is true. He said in sales there are two things you should always be: You should be shameless and never stop to ask for help.

When you go for an outing - church, mosque, meeting, etc, and you get to talk with people, simply ask them for their Whatsapp number and ALSO GIVE THEM YOUR OWN WHATSAPP NUMBER TOO. That’s very important. Save it and have them save yours too. You are growing your list.

If you meet ten people and have their whatsapp number, you have increased your list by ten. In a week, you can grow it by 30 or more.

Don’t forget that shamelessness and asking for help are the two things you must have in sales.

Now, you don’t start telling them to come to buy your product, attend your training, etc that day.

Tomorrow, I will tell you how to go about those contacts so you don’t appear desperate to sell to them. Do you get that?

You don’t have to pay me for this. Just let me know how this has been helpful to you. Let me have your feedback.

See you tomorrow.

Business / The Secrets To Making 6 Figures Through Whatsapp As A Teacher by Kazrem(m): 1:05pm On Aug 03, 2020
WhatsApp is a social media and messaging platform that allows people from different parts of the world to interact via text, voice note, video call, or voice call.

To an average person, Whatsapp is another messaging platform to socialize. To a business-minded and savvy person, however, it is a platform to make as much money as possible offering products and services.

In the last one year, as a teacher, I have turned my Whatsapp to my mobile shop where I sell online courses, trainings, ebooks, hard copies of my book, coach, and do other wonderful things. I have made multiple six figures using Whatsapp as the platform. I have used Whatsapp to turn strangers to loyal clients and customers. I have used Whatsapp to seek for online polls, nominations, and votes for online contestants. I have done amazing things on WhatsApp so much that I even created a workbook on how to make 6 figures every month on Whatsapp. These are a few of the many wonderful things I have done using Whatsapp. You too can do the same and maybe more exciting things. I will show you how.

Yes, a small market place but it can be a good place to close sales and seal deals as I have used to seal a 6 figure public speaking offer.

Let me show some jaw-dropping statistics about WhatsApp with you.

Globally, there are over 1.5 billion people using Whatsapp as at present this is according to statistica.com. This makes Whatsapp the most popular mobile messenger worldwide.

In Nigeria, according to the Global State of Digital, 20 million (85%) people are using Whatsapp in Nigeria out of the 24 million internet users. That's a huge number.

Three years ago when I first put my leg into selling online, it was a bitter experience that I don’t like remembering. I had hope, like many people I saw did, I will make lots of money when I put my product up for sale. I even prided my wife before leaving home that morning that I was going to make a lot of money that day.

Long story cut short, I didn’t make a dime that day. I kept on checking my phone time and again if I would see a credit alert. It was embarrassingly disgusting.

Thank God for the kind of wife I have. She understood.

Three years down the lane, I have earned multiple 6 figures via Whatsapp.

The things I have done with Whatsapp in the last one year as a teacher and a half alone can only be imagined. I literally turned my Whatsapp to a money-making office. Aside from Facebook, my most used and most profitable app is Whatsapp.

In the last one year, I have earned 7 figures as a teacher, the majority of it done on Whatsapp. I close sales on Whatsapp. I do six figures every month on Whatsapp.

Three years after that awful experience, I know better. I know that there is more to selling online than just stacking your goods or services to people’s face online.

I know now that there is what you need to do before, during, and after putting your goods out there.

I know now that making sales online is not by mistake. If someone is going to buy your goods or services, it will not happen by chance.

In the next couple of days, I will be sharing with you some proven marketing and selling secrets that I have used to make sales online, especially, on Whatsapp since Whatsapp is the new Supermarket.

Keep tabs on.

Education / 6 Figures Income By A Teacher In A Month Is Not A Fable. This Is How It Is Done by Kazrem(m): 9:46pm On Jul 13, 2020
Last weekend, Saturday and Sunday, I did a free WhatsApp training for people on the ABC of writing a book. It was a ten lessons class that simplified the steps of writing a book from no idea to finishing a book. Some of the participants who came idea less already had two to three book ideas at the end of the day one. By the end of day two, some of them had outlined their book and were about to proceed to the next stage of writing. It was amazing.

On the night of the second day, a thought crossed my mind about the training. As I always do when a thought sneaks into my mind, I documented it into my diary and had it on my mind till I slept. First thing on the following morning, I started working on it and before the day was over, the project was completely done.

What was the thought and what is the project?

I thought, "I can convert these texts, audios, pictures I used for this training into a document and then turn the document into a book". I then thought further, "This is the same training I have been doing for free and I have to be typing and recording it each time I want to teach it. It will save me time and energy to just put it together in a book format and then keep it for another time I wish to do free training for another set of people". And then, finally, I said to myself, "It will even serve as a handbook for the training participants and reference should I decide to give them free".

Boom! I concluded I was going to turn it into a book. And in the next 24 hours, I applied my Canva skill and it is an already made soup with orisirisi meats and fishes.

Now, if I choose to sell the book which is my intellectual property for, say, #2000 for the training participants with a special password for each person, there are about 20 people who attended, I would rake in about #40,000. Let's factor in the fact that not all of them would buy. Fifty percent of them amounting to #20,000 is not bad to make in 24 hours for a teacher like me.

I could repeat that process over three weekends and make N60,000 more. That is not going to be hard for me because I already know how it works and can keep improving on it. Because I prefer to set worst-case scenario, let's say I only record half of that figure, that will amount to N30,000. That makes it N50,000 in a month. That is still not bad for a teacher.

If I did that, then I can as well do a webinar or a WhatsApp training and tag it, "How I made #20,000 in 24 hours using my phone and doing what I ordinarily do for free". If I charge the participants #2,000 per person and only 10 persons sign up, that's another #20,000 in just a night. All of these could be done in the first week of the following month.

Now, I had sold a book (which I converted from a training I did) and then sold another product. I could do a crazy offer and offer a never-like-it deal, stack the two products together and offer a flash sale at a giveaway price of N1,000 over 24 hours. This still may not do well. If 20 people get it, that's N20,000 in 24 hours.

If I repeat this process in the next two months, I would have made 6 figures by just writing a book, doing a webinar, and offering a flash sale.

Sweet? Yes.

Great? Yes.

Do you now see that when they said it is possible to make 6-7 figures as a teacher, it is truly possible? One of my teachers would say, "Money is everywhere. Just follow who knows the road."

But this is not possible if you do not have content. This is not possible if you do not have the right audience. This is not going to be possible if you do not have a platform. This is not going to be possible if you do not know how to sell.

Now, I have taken time to put together for you how to get content. I also gathered in one place how to get the right audience. I also did extra work on the platform you can use. I did the work for you to even explain in simple detail how to sell even if you are a shy person. All of these all DFY (Done For You). Just learn it and apply it. Even if you are a Primary Two pupil, you can do this.

Now, because I know people only like to feel pained but are not ready to take action, I will only release this if you show interest. If you do not show interest I will keep my thing and be using it for myself to rake in 6 figures month in month out.

If you are really interested in knowing how to get content that sells, how to get your own ready audience, how to choose the right platform, how to sell like a professional, click on the link below and send "I am ready" to the number when you are redirected and I will take it up.

I want only serious people who are tired of unpaid salary for four months. I want only action takers and not thinkers. If you are not ready to be ruthless, please, don't bother to come. Here is the https:///+2347030340696. Send "I am ready" and add you to the group straight.

Good morning.

Questions people have been asking me since the shut down of academic activities and the right answers to them.

Q1. Can I pay my school fees now that school is shut?

Answer: Yes. You don't need to visit school before you pay school fees. In fact, it is not compulsory you visit bank too. You can pay via the internet and have your remita receipt in your mail. You can ask me how.

Q2: How do I do my Tma with the closure of school?

Answer: Tma is done online on your portal and not in school. All Tma have been uploaded to your portal. Log in and take them. You can seek for our assistance on this too.

Q3: Can I go for screening in school to get my matric number?

Answer: You can't because academic activities are shut down. Until when they resume, you can't do your screening and can't get matric number. Take chill pill.

Q4: What if course and exam registration is closed before the shut down is lifted?

Answer: They have extended both course and exam registration till April ending. Hopefully, COVID-19 would have been contained before then so that. The school too are aware that the newly admitted post graduate students are yet to do their registration.

Q5: Will this lock down affect exam or exam extension?

Answer: As it stands now, no information whether the lock down or shut down will affect the exam timetable. Exam is slates for May/June and this is still March. Hopefully, covid-19 would have been contained before then. But for now, nothing has been said, hence nothing still happens to examination. Anything that is said is hearsays and rumour.

Q6: What should I then be doing now?

Answer: This period has afforded you great opportunity to excel in your exam. Download your course materials online on nouedu.net. Start reading them. Create a reading timetable for yourself. Get past questions and start solving them. You can get both POP and E-exam past questions from us at a token.

Stay safe and stay home.

- There are just six days to go for the submission of Tma 1.

- There is a gauge on your portal which shows the percentage of your Tma that has been done and the one left.

- Course and exam registration will close on 31st March.

- Unfortunately, Tma 1 would have closed before then. Tma will close a day before registration closes.

- Most study centres if not all have been closed, hence ni academic work in school.

- The best you can do now is to download your course materials online at nouedu.net and start reading

- Also get past questions and start preparing for exam.

- Use the draft timetable as guide to know when you will likely write your exam

- Nothing is happening to the exam timetable as we speak and hope that COVID-19 would have been sorted before then.

- You can get your past questions from us at a token.

- If you have not done your Tma, contact us today.

- If you want to register your courses too, contact us.

- This is not time to sleep. It is time to stay awoke.

- Any issue or challenge with Noun, PM us. 07030340696

In the course registration, Will I choose 200level or 100level ?Meanwhile I applied through DE.

And after the course registration, what is the next thing?
As a DE student, you must do all the GSTs courses at 100 level. So for now, pick the regular courses in 200 level first semester and after that, depending on the number of units left to accommodate, pick some GST courses. I hope this is understood

People Abeg, what are the steps to register carry over courses?
Have you paid compulsory fee? If yes, log into your portal. Click on Registration, under it choose Register carry over exams. On the next page, choose the level where you have the carry over and submit. The next page shows the list of the carry over course or courses. Add and then click on Submit

Business / How To Cut Cost And Save More In 2020 by Kazrem(m): 1:49pm On Feb 01, 2020
In the school that my kids attend, including the twins, there is one woman who, if I am right should be in her early forties, is the school cleaner. She is so dutiful that you will never get to school and find the floor messy. I don’t have an idea of how she does it.

When my wife had a fracture in 2018 December and we had to relieve her of the kids, the twins especially, she, the cleaner, took the responsibility of the twins after school till around 5:00 pm when we will go collect them. She proved she is doubly neat at home as she is at school.

Recently my wife told me how this woman had helped her in stopping using a diaper for the twins. She narrated that she doesn’t use it for them in her house and the twins will not wee nor poo on their body. They would make a gesture that will tell anyone around them to know they wanted to wee or poo.

Since when she had helped her, my wife has not bought a single diaper for the twins.

This article is not about the woman but about the cost that she had helped my wife to cut. If she spent, say N5,000 on diaper every month before, she now has N5,000 extra that she can either save or spend.

So, few days ago, while we were talking I gave her a hint that you too can use. I told her that she should assume she’s still buying the diaper every month, after all, she didn’t plan to stop using it soonest if not the God-sent woman. I told her that she should save part of it and give the woman part of it as an addition to what we give her. That way, she would have some extra money to fall back to in case of emergency and also the woman will appreciate her and even do more to care for the twins.

Now, to you, a teacher, what cost can you reduce in your budget?

What can you remove completely?

There is always a cost in our budget that if we don’t do it, we will not die. It may even be the internet. It may be that snack. It may be visiting a friend. It may even be taking a walk to the school instead of taking a bike. It may be fueling the generating set twice instead of four times a week (as I am doing in my house now since they have stolen our transformer cable over two weeks now). It may also be buying sachet water instead of table water or even going to work with your water from home instead of buying water. It may be drinking water instead of buying soda. The list is endless. If you look at it well, you will always see.

You can even alternate some costs. Do it today and skip the next. Do it this week and skip the next. Do it this month and skip it next month.

That money, save it somewhere. Do it for a week, a month, three months, six months and one year. At the end of the day, you will not only be proud of yourself but also see that your life doesn’t depend on that thing.

Be wise with your spending. It is salary week.
