Mind you they re a big company with large customer base and can never have enough man power to meet the demands of their unending customers, and for the sack thing..I heard its because of their new policy to flush out old staffs that have been there since the era of PHCN and the likes, in order to bring in fresh graduates and people with creativity and innovative skills.

Which innovative skill are u going to bring dat d person dey sacked has not used. U beta go nd ask abt d job u re applying for. U think its a bank job kind of target abi? Just beta ask cos u might b d one to tender ur resignation after one month. Dis job is very demanding.

If u know how much dey pay their staff, u go forget d swear nd apply for the job. Its a very difficult job bt d recruitment is the most transparent I ve seen in dis country. If dem dey swear for NEPA, u dey work for NEPA? Na ikeja electric u dey work for nd not NEPA.

madam every job has its challenges so if you don't want to face challenges its better you be a self employed. As for me I have couple of friends working with ikedc and ikedc is far better than being a marker with commercial bank. So I will gladly accept ikedc offer.

Question varies per d role u re applying for. U can b asked y shud dey employ u?
U can b giving a video to watch nd asked if u were in d situation, how wud u react?
U can also b asked how can u contribute to d growth of d company?

In my own case I live and work in abuja, to attend the interview I have to find a way to take a day off, travel by night to arrive Lagos morning of the interview and also leave Lagos same night so as to resume work next morning. I only wanted to know if the company's package is worth the risk I want to take. If u don't want to talk on the thread you cld have helped with a private message. It's OK tho.

same with me...got an invite on the 1st of feb for the 1st stage of the ESR....the interview date is on the 7th and 8th of feb...the mail came in twice with different dates and it is at okota road isolo......dont know which to know honor maybe 7th or 8th.....anyone with similar experience and that has gone for their own invite...my number is 08063225346...thank you.......

It is better u reply dat mail telling dem dat dey sent u two different dates, dat dey shud b specific. Cos dey ve a list of ppl dey interview per day

Tough is an understatment. Question are asked depending on ur face, ur cv and d mood of the interviewer. Under 2 minutes u wud b shown d way out. Infact d questions asked shud take at least 7 minutes to answer each one. Bt in two minutes, u re shown d door. Dis stage is tough.very tough.

2nd stage interview invite rolling in. Invited for 2nd stage interview on d 22nd of November 2017

Interview is just by grace. No matter what u read, how u read and how u read, just pray u find favor b4 d interviewers. D questions are not d same. Dey asked some peeps to tell dem abt themselves, some dey did not ask dat. Some dey asked dem to say what dey know abt Ikeja electric, some dey did not ask dat. Dey even asked some why dey wore suit to d interview and asked some why dey were not wearing suit to d interview. Dis is not d final stage of d interview, dis stage of interview does not even mean u ve gotten d job. Dis stage u wud b asked a lot of questions depending on how engaging u re. Some peeps did nt last up to 5 minutes in d interview, some lasted for 15 minutes. D next stage interview is wat is called interview, where top top individuals in d company wud only ask u one question only. If u do not ve any sales/marketing experience. It wud b hard to get d job.

Got a congratulatory message on d 10th October
Got a message on d 10th of November to come for 1st stage interview on d 17th november
