On the same April 12 Elaine alerted me that she had become exceptional in her place of work in Russia which is the university of St Petersburg. INI Edo and Governor Orji Kali She is a Nollywood actress and he was a Governor of Abia state and a Senator of the federal republic. The Owa Obokun sent emissaries to Benin and the OdU cast for the settlement action for trade and etc at Benin was OSE Irosun. IFA said that is the real Odu of Lagos island and the second one cast on getting there is less potent. The Benin chose the foreman and two supervisors. They have a total of 145 employees on their payroll. They have an annual revenue of between twelve and thirteen million dollars. Naira land makes 4.5 million dollars per annum from the USA while Quora makes 1.5 million dollars per annum from Nigeria. Going by the population of the two countries and by the fact that the US population is better educated and with a lower dependency ratio, one can conclude that the two companies are similar in size by total revenue. Nairaland makes 1 million dollars per annum from China. According to IFA money made from other nations somehow correspond to the population size. It means India too will be spending up to one million dollars per annum on Naira land. The point to be made is that it is unethical to.make such monies over the head of the government and without incorporating in the market. It is applicable to all companies in all sectors but it is more applicable to dot coms because majority of their workforce work remotely. Otura Ofun No one on Earth is worth one billion dollars. Let us use the hospitality sector as an example. The house I stay in Ijebu jesa is a 4 bedroom and 4 bath house and I believe 20 million naira will finish it up and it is hotel standard remaining furniture. This means that construction cost per room of hotel is around five million naira and economy of scale is still there to further shrink it. It will remain the furniture which can be managed at one million naira per room or less. A well finished hotel will cost a maximum of six million naira per room and it will remain.other areas like bar, kitchen, swimming pool, events hall and etc which can be finished with say 50 million naira or less for a small hotel of say forty rooms. Two hundred and fifty million naira should be able to finish a good hotel where thirty people will work. If it is four hotels the amount will be one billion naira and one hundred and twenty people will work there including managers, General manager, waiters, waitresses, kitchen assistants, chef, plumber, electrician, bar man and etc. There will be managers for the kitchen, house keeping, works and bar and then General manager. It will be a standard business where the GM is chauffeur driven. The total investment is worth around 250,000 dollars excluding land cost. It will be worth much less when everything is restructured with costs including energy costs crashing.
