Congrats bro. I still have more years to do daddy uber.
So, you didn't pay for driving lessons? Where did you get the time and most importantly, the patience? shocked

When I considered the Β£35 per hour, my wife and I had to hatch a masterplan.........

I bought a Honda jazz, insured it (plus added Collingwood L insurance)...... Took her on intensive
lessons, when time permitted (considering our work schedules + her university lectures), we just had to make it fit...... We still have the Honda Jazz, so her siblings would resume their lessons, within a few months etc etc ......

We paid an instructor 6 lessons (to smoothen all the rough edges)......

Anything can be achieved with sacrifice, good planning and dedication........πŸ˜€πŸ˜

Congrats on your daughter's achievement, e no be beans!

By 37 (the last been the president)...... In under 15 years, Nigeria would simply become the new Dubai......

No be beans teaching a L driver, then slowly see her pass her test (with zero faults).......😁

I think I just found a new career (becoming a driving instructor)........🀣😁

If I was the management team of BBN, I would give her the one BTC (but not till the value dropped back massively)......πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

We just have to be realistic with the kind of governance we have in our country..

I left out many more achievements by Otti..

Lets not forget he almost didn't win (rigging)..

Another achievement you would soon see, is his collaboration in healthcare............

Over $500,000 medical equipment is on its way to Abia, from his collaboration with an American organisation....... Abia people, are about to start receiving the best healthcare treatment in Nigeria..........

@Lexusgs430, please kindly explain in details πŸ™, for more understanding. What's the difference? Please throw more light. The one Aviva is offering is actually a life insurance policy.

Even if the product aviva is offering is a life insurance policy, it's only tied to the mortgage final figure........

One can easily get a cheaper/better insurance package, that would payout over Β£250,000........
Travel / Re: Living In The UK: Property,Mortgage And Related by Lexusgs430: 12:52pm On Apr 09
Zimzee:

Hello everyone,

I am currently in the process of finalizing a mortgage protection policy and would appreciate some insights and advice from the community.

My mortgage broker has recommended a policy from Aviva, which covers the specific amount needed to protect my mortgage. The monthly premium for this policy is Β£20.78 for Β£135,000 over 22years. While this seems reasonable, I have come across other policies offering similar coverage at lower monthly premiums (e.g., Royal London offering Β£166,500 coverage over 32 years for Β£16.09 per month) for someone I know.

I understand that insurance premiums can vary based on individual factors such as age, health, and specific coverage needs. However, I am unsure whether I should proceed with the Aviva policy or insist on exploring other options to potentially lower the monthly cost.

My main concern is striking a balance between affordability and comprehensive coverage. Given that my broker assures me that the Aviva policy is the most cost-effective for my needs, I am seeking advice on whether I should accept this recommendation or continue to pursue alternatives with lower premiums.

Has anyone else faced a similar decision? Is it generally advisable to go with the policy recommended by the broker, even if other seemingly cheaper options are available?

Thank you in advance for your help!
Please gurus in the house

You don't need this policy...... You would get more value from an income protection insurance or life insurance policy..........

That statement is just political, it can apply to any of the northern states practicing sharia.
Just remove sharia from that statement and it can be any Nigerian state governor.

Unless you have proof that Ganduje has a hotel in Lagos.

You know gandollar sacked the emir ....... So it's time for rofo rofo fighting + the present governor is trying to reopen the $gate case.......

Please let us know how this plays out, would be a good learning point.

You have been told how they were manipulating the naira on Binance, if you have refused to believe it, it is not my job to convince you. And if you haven't read it before, that means you clearly talking about something you knew nothing about.

Remember, Abokifx was also accused of manipulating the ₦......

Emefiele even asked abokifx to come fight him in Abuja........πŸ˜€πŸ˜

EFCC are just clutching at straws...... Selling a dead narrative, because they know Nigerian's are not deep thinker's..... A country that places it's developmental indices on prayers and miracles........ What a joke......

Should we now allow all criminals to get away scot free or bring to book those we can? Going personal about one person or the president is petty at this point. Tinubu is a financial criminal but I guess Nigerians who voted for him didn't know that. grin grin grin

I aspire for a better Nigeria too, I think you do, likewise......

But this selective prosecution and corruption at high places....... Would NEVER take us to Eldorado .......

Someone or some people have to be held accountable. Or, is Binance owned and controlled by ghosts?

All the money tinubu stole from Lagos state, why is EFCC not holding him accountable......... All the pension allowances and ex governor benefits he is still receiving + actively receiving a salary from Nigeria, nkor......

i will answer to this....

1. Abia State is one of the dirtiest (if not the dirtiest state) in terms of environmental sanitation and refuse management..

He has been clearing the refuse and transforming the roads....

It used to be a mess especially during rainy season..

2. Pensions payment... cleared almost 10years pension arrears and he hasn't even done 1year himself..... and said pensions will not be owed in his administration..

3. No salary arrears or delays.. (this is a major achievement as silly as it looks. yes it looks silly)

4. Approved the law stripping former governors and deputy governors of Abia from receiving pensions and all sorts of payments when they couldnt pay pensions.. which has further put the people in poverty..

If you need more info on the kind of money paid to these ex govs and deputies for life:

https://dailypost.ng/2020/11/10/lagos-breakdown-of-ex-governors-pension-as-signed-by-tinubu/

Abia State with terrible governors term after term.. they've had no real leadership

It is a BIG DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This one sweet my belle pass....... Would have been sweeter, if they are also made to refund all previous payments...........
