Just want to know how many times do you reuse your cooking oil. Apperantly if its used more than two times its no longer healthy for consumption. I use it once or twice depending on the colour and if its clean, after that i throw it out.

. Or if you dnt want to use salt and sugar you can use chutney. I have seen other people use mayonnaise and a bit of onion instead of vinegar, salt and sugar. I will give you the recipe for the chutney one neeh.

Whoa, beet root... don't think I've had that before lol. How is it?

Its spherical dark red root used as a vegetable. You just boil it and when its soft wait for it to cool off. Then you add vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt. Its delicious:p
