I did the first one of 20k and got rewarded. I let down my guard and invested in the next stage of 50k. They didn't pay, telling me to bring another 80k. I pulled out afterwards.

The matter took another turn today and the school owner called me to his office, with his wife and the school principal in attendance. He continued with his harassing words and said that I was not allowed to justify myself. At the end of the day, he said that today was the last day I would be working with him and that I would get my pay after several illegal deductions of his had been made. He was expecting me to beg but I didn't. The school principal pleaded with me to apologize to him but he insisted that I should wait at the reception because he felt like walking me out in an embarrassing way in front of the pupils. After several hours, the principal came back and told me that he wouldn't want to stop working with me and that the students like me, so the school owner has changed his mind provided that everything he says is the final. I just went to him to thank him, not because I'm guilty but because I've seen that he's not ready to change.

I have a history with the school and I've paid my dues. You will all understand what I'm talking about in my next post.

I didn't do mathematics education in the university but I have a B.Sc in Envt Mgt. & Toxicology with more than 6 years experience in teaching mathematics, further mathematics and IGCSE maths.

Forget the certificate, it's the experience that counts. When you can prove that you know what you're teaching and you market yourself properly, many parents will contact you.

As far as I am concerned, you are much better than a graduate who studied mathematics education since you've practicing for 6 years. Just believe in yourself.

Find a way to demonstrate yourself by teaching some students free for a month. If you prove yourself, their parents will pay you. Do you know how many people complain about how bad their children are in mathematics?

Leave this site and look for those complaints. Then find a way to contact them and offer your services. Forget the certificate. Prove you have the knowledge. It won't be easy, that I know. But it will be worth it on the long run.

To tell the truth, many of us in this situation are the enables. You spend N1200 daily, that's around N26,500 monthly.

Why enter a venture where you're not gaining? And with people who don't even respect you. How much is left after transportation?

It's as good as being unemployed. At least, those who are unemployed can find a profitable task that will pay for their time.

I will advice that you leave. This is slavery. Respect yourself enough not to take this. If there weren't people willing to go through this, no employer will do this to their staff.

Since you teach maths, use social media to market yourself as one. Take a menial job for the meantime if need be. Focus on advertising yourself to the right people as a lesson teacher.

Research the rates people are willing to pay per day. There are teachers who do this in this country and live well off their efforts.

You have an extraordinary skill, teaching mathematics. Take advantage of this. Make a plan to set yourself up for success. It won't be easy but it would be worth it.

Hi, does anyone here know anything about to the Google job tasks?

They sent me a WhatsApp message yesterday, asking if I needed a job. When I replied in the affirmative, they sent me two simple tasks, one on WhatsApp and the other on Telegram, which I concluded. They sent me 2000 for the tasks.

Now, they have a list of tasks that they want us to do ( They placed me in a Telegram group). These tasks mainly involve giving positive reviews for businesses on Google maps. But there are another bunch of tasks that involve one paying some money which will be returned with 30 percent interest.

I want to know if anybody has gone through these and if it's a scam. Thank you
