OBESITY IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST MANKIND PROBLEMS

It seems too difficult to combat it as
everywhere, there are delicious and tasty
tempting treats determined to fly through
the air and attach themselves to your
waist, or your hips or even your arms.
The thing is, obesity brings about
many health problems like heart disease,
diabetes, cancer and other illnesses.
These are problems that affect your
health and risk you dying prematurely.
These foods are seemingly out to kill
and you've got to learn tricks to stop
them from ruining your life and protect
you from becoming obese.

you are absolutely right about what you said,but it is also good to direct people on exactly what to do than just giving them some options, for the sake of those that doesn't know exactly what to do.

Well, i agree to your point of view Mr Centje but i would not like to advice any one to choose the number three on the list because of its' complications.
better still, don't you think,taking of some medication for losing weight may also have side effect? so if i were to be in any body's shoe i don't think going on medication would be my best option, because of the side effect. since it's not all medicine are reliable or effective.

THE BENEFITS OF GREEN VEGETABLES IN HUMAN BODY

We all know that green vegetables are plant or part of a plant that is eaten as food. E.g (Cucumber, Carrot and Cabbage.etc) but there is more to this, they contain much nutrient that are vital to the body. Examples of these nutrients are vitamin C, B6, E, magnesium,potassium,calcium and iron.
The vegetables am referring to, mustn't be cooked before you enjoy its goodness. they are rich in antioxidant and excellent source of vitamin A and other minerals. Vegetable also keeps the body healthy, fresh and energetic.
In addition to that, most vegetables contains fiber which is the major agent which helps in weight loss and belly fat loss. this is why we should endeavor to include vegetables in our daily intake.
after knowing all these benefits, the question is. How Can I loss Weight Without Being Fatigued?
There are different things you can do in order to loss weight without being fatigued, a few of them are.
* By knowing what to eat and when to eat them (eating your favorite Nigerian meals and fruits)
* By using a combination of a very strategic exercise
* By joining an online weight loss program

its amazing that up until now, most people are finding it difficult to reduce their weight or to have a flat belly.
Well i have just a little tip for those that are experiencing such problems. lets start with the type of food we consume.

Weight Loss Super foods

1)Beans
