The control the prostitution rings in western and parts of Eastern Europe. They are simply there for the service of servicing others. U must also have noticed the new exploding trend of Bini men also prostituting themselves in parts of Italy and Eastern Germany. It is a shame all over, but i hear in Benin it is not a big deal.

Now that is funny. The White man is making the country brain dead and now also taking away cherished P***Y Huh? Well i think the poverty rate in the Nation is causing Benin women to spread their legs for Euro 20.I am not sure what it is costing right now, to turn a perfectly straight man into a flaming homosexual. It is an open secret in Benin, that nobody talks about.

@ Old GloryYou touched on something important here when you said that in Bini Kingdom it is "not a big deal". I've read this too. But I don't want to speak for them etc. etc. so here's a link. To all, please feel free to disagree, but the article is really informative. http://www.migrationinformation.org/Feature/display.cfm?id=318@ romeoAwww, who cares? So Bini girls are the only ones who don't know manners in Europe? Bini girls are the only ones w/o education? I really laughed when I read your grievances. *** No offense.*** We all have pet peeves & so I know that if this is yours, then you are in earnest. But my friend, be easy. They aren't hurting you. @ Badman888Er, male sex workers? Really? Just for my edification, are they economically priced? j/k

@ Chinani,
That site is highly informative. There must be something about Italian men that attracts Bini women to them. Are they so crazy about sex that Bini women are their highly preffered? Are there no Italian women to render this ''all important service'' to them?
Just curious.

For those still questions, "Bini" girls refer to Edo girls (girls from Edo State or it's capital, Benin City).
My Aunt buys jewelery in Italy to sell to her friends and I decided to follow her on one of her buying trips. It was an eye-opening experience. I have never been more ashamed of Nigeria than the one-week I spent there. There were naija girls everywhere, at every street corner selling their money to every kind of customer - old, ugly whatever. It was disgusting. Most of these girls are not even very pretty. They looked so haggard, it was obvious they were working hard using their bodies. I almost cried for their plight.
Everywhere we went, everyone thought my Aunt was a prostitute and that I was her pimp. While we were waiting for a train, some old Italian guy walked up to us grabbing his private part and speaking some incomprehensible Italian. He was clearly interested in negotiating with me for access to my Aunt. We didn't know whether to laugh, cry or be very angry. We just walked away. It was so sad. These girls are all over the place (and not only in Italy)!
I spent a while in Paris and I was curious about a group of black girls that stand at my street corner every night (usually around 11pm-12midnight). I would stand in the shadows for a few minutes and just observe what they were doing just standing, waiting for nothing. Then I noticed that cars would stop by them and pick them up. Sometimes, the car would drive off. It didn't take me long to figure out they were prostitutes. I knew they were Nigerian girls because one night, I called out to them in Yoruba and one of them cursed me out. She called me "oloriburuku" and hissed. I just laughed it off and felt so sorry for them. Paris was very cold then and I couldn't imagine what they must have been going through hustling in the cold streets.
You know what's even sadder? These girls probably engage in unprotected sex. In no time, they'll probably contact HIV and they might not have enough resources to manage it. They are literally trading their youth and life for money. It's so tragic!
I hope the Nigerian government gets serious about this. Not only to save Nigerians the embarrassment and indignity of becoming the world's chief supplier of black pussies for European consumption, but because it's a health risk and because the practice is just plain inhuman.
I am glad we are having a conversation abou tthis. The link to that website was VERY helpful. Thanks for posting!

Romeo remember u said theres nothing wrong with prostitution yes i said so loverBwoy, and i was defending somebodies right as a grown up to use her body they way that person wants and that is contrary to what many of this girls are doing, they are living under bondage and their families are too involved in this that this girls are helpless E be like all beni people they struggle to get this international dollar printing machine for their family ooh?. Who cares if the girls have manners or education when you imaging the amount involve. US$40,000 to US$100,000 To tell a girl to print such amount is inhuman,
with such an amount of money involved, i think i'll be mannerless also, because they have their minds setted only on paying debts and solving other problems at home @ romeoAwww, who cares? So Bini girls are the only ones who don't know manners in Europe? Bini girls are the only ones w/o education? For those still questions, "Bini" girls refer to Edo girls (girls from Edo State or it's capital, Benin City). Please, point of correction, there is a big difference between BINI GIRLS and EDO GIRLS.
Bini girls are girls from Edo South(where we have the binis) while "Edo girl" comprises girls from Edo North(Owan,Etsako and Akoko-Edo), Edo Central(Esan) and Edo South(Bini girls).
These three zones don't speak the same dialect.
Prostitution is a sin to God so also is lying, cheating, racism, etc!!!
Stop this hasty generalisation!!!

@laolu Everywhere we went, everyone thought my Aunt was a prostitute and that I was her pimp. U mean itss possible for a young man to be a pimp for an old lady? O Boy, its not easy, But don't worry sha, in the next couple of years, we'll have a lot of Mulattos, Italiano-Nigerainos, rappers, artists, and fashion models in Italy, abi. And definitely one of them will rise from grass to grace and become a great politician in Italy. Then the Nigerian newspapers will wake yup to see "the Son of our soil", abi. I believe it wont matter if his mom was a prostitute.

Bini/Edo is the dominant tribe in this trade and these parts of Europe. I guess Prostitution is a profitable business, and the most have a skill that makes them unique in this profession. Does anyone know what rates these girls and their Madams or Pimps are getting?

Not every prostitute in Italy are Binis.
Benin-City may be the centre for "exporting" these ladies but certainly not all that are leaving are binis.
Prostitution is a big trade everywhere. Abacha had his last fun with Indian Apples before he died.
By the way, who is a prostitute?
Definitely not just those that stand under red strret lights are prostitutes. Most hollywood actors and actress are-abi, they get paid for getting laid in movies like those that do it the old fashion way-standing on the streets.
Prostitution is definitely bad but as Christ told the adulterous woman, he has not come to condemn the world but save it. Just go and sin no more.
But if the world cannot change, abeg don't expect bini girls and other tribes to change first.

A few months ago, a Nigerian health official was told at the Oba of Benin palace that female genital mutilation is an age-long culture of the Edo people, presumably to discourage promiscuity. I guess it's time they abandon the tradition since it has been counter productive.

Why are people using this thread to get laughs? How distasteful. @ romeoI meant no harm. I see the point of the thread more clearly now. @ onoNope. I'm not Bini/Edo but have lots of friends who are. Bini/Edo is the dominant tribe in this trade and these parts of Europe. I guess Prostitution is a profitable business, and the most have a skill that makes them unique in this profession. Does anyone know what rates these girls and their Madams or Pimps are getting? If that's not a racist statement than I don't know what is. Tell me to "Blacks" have "unique" qualities that make them better slaves? Spare me the b.s. that says that slavery & sex work are dramatically different. I'm rolling my eyes already. @ Naijapikin Good points. "Christ told the adulterous woman, he has not come to condemn the world but save it." That's real.
