Am just curious, if you wouldnt get caught, will u cheat on your partner and with whom?

The issue here is not whether one gets caught, but rather, what is right and what is wrong.
Consider this: If you knew you wouldn't get caught, would you commit any other act that is considered wrong? Commit a murder? Rob a bank? Steal a car? Give illegal drugs to a child?
Also, remember that if you're not getting caught, then maybe your partner is also cheating and not getting caught!
So, I guess I personally would have to answer your question: no.
