Nigerian Smileys Needed: ?

Hi all,
    i don't know if anyone has ever experienced the need to express himself/herself using a smiley but the expression is strictly 'nigerian'. take for instance, in my school , we use a word 'How?' often and this simply means that 'how is that possible or explain more'. this can be probably someone stretching out his two hands indicating that.  there are times when i needed to say that and a lot of other stuffs similiar to that. so my question, is there any one who can design smileys so that it can be posted on the web for nigerians to use.
