hi, in my own opinion i think the best way to go about your problem is this. you are either suffering from a disease called jinjivitis or your eating habit is bad. if the problem is your eating habit then you need to change your diet and detoxify your body. so i agree that to take btters to detoxify yourself. if this is not the case then you need to see a dentist or better still use CORSODYL. it is a treatment for gum disease and it is very good (i use it myself morning and night after brushing). what i dont know is whether it is in Nigeria. listerine and all other mouthwashs are just waste of money. in conclusion, i will advice that you change your diet(i.e eat healthy), continue taking bitters(i take that as well), brush your mouth twice a day, change your toothbrush every 3months and most of all look for CORSODYL. if there is none, get back to me. i will see how i can get some for you. all the best, i know how embarrassing it is to have mouth odour.
please reply

Brush your tongue with a new toothpaste after spitting out the one you've used for your teeth, and use mouthwash. Also, see the dentist, it could be gingivitis or an internal infection causing the mouth odour. When eating chocolates, don't use your teeth, take it far back in your mouth because the bacteria would act on the chocolate in your teeth and cause acid erosion. After eating spicy foods like beans, tofu, e.t.c. brush your teeth and tongue. Lick freegels, tictac or tom-tom from time to time.

You will need 1. Vitamin B.co(s.r) 2. Formular IV Plus 3. Vitamin C (s.r) / All C.
You will need to brush your teeth daily with 1 drop of concentrateLDC solution with tooht paste once a week and Tre-en-en.
This will solve the problem. I once had very bad mouth odor but with the above, it's now a story of the past. Good luck.

Hi,
If your personal hygiene practice is good and no doctor/dentist could explain why you have persistent bad breath or body odour, then it could be that you are suffering from Trimethylaminuria (TMAU). No amount of bath, shower, mouth brushing or mouthwash will stop you from smelling if you have TMAU. I would advise you to go and get tested for TMAU. The main problem with this health problem is that most doctors worldwide know nothing about it. If you are in the UK I will be able to advise you on how to go for the test.
Symptoms (copied from Wikipedia.org) Trimethylamine builds up in the body of patients with trimethylaminuria. The trimethylamine gets released in the person's sweat, urine, reproductive fluids, and breath, giving off a strong fishy or body odor. Some people with trimethylaminuria have a strong odor all the time, but most have a moderate smell that varies in intensity over time. Individuals with this condition do not have any physical symptoms, and typically appear healthy.
The condition seems to be more common in women than men, for unknown reasons. Scientists suspect that female sex hormones, such as progesterone and/or estrogen, aggravate symptoms. There are several reports that the condition worsens around puberty. In women, symptoms can worsen just before and during menstrual periods, after taking oral contraceptives, and around menopause.
This odor varies depending on many known factors, including diet, hormonal changes, other odors in the space, and individual sense of smell.
