Please Help: Error Code 24 On My Laptop

Hi nairalanders,i really need help herei gt my new laptop,not quiet 2 months.it was workin fine when i bought it,bt recently,i just noticed d touchpad stop working.it was strange,because i have never heard of a touchpad not workin on a laptop.i tried all i culd,bt it doesnt stil work.i reinstall d touchpad driver,it install succesfully,bt its stil not workingits given me an error code 24has anyone ever have this problem wit a laptop,and please wot can i do to get it to work again.please i really need help.
