If someone/company is promoting something, try having them promote in ya club. . .(know what can work in clubs - not everything can be promoted there)

Pole dancing. The dancers need not be naked nor half nude. also the more FINE girls the more guys would be interested.  I don't agree with no-charge entry for females because then there will be all class of girls. Even the wo-wo local chicks.
SORRY

Very good DJ who can really feel the pulse of patrons and churn out good mix of music to keep people excited, even if they're clubbing alone.

Easy access to the bar, especially during peak hours. You need professional and dedicated staff to achieve this.  Nothing fouls a clubbing experience like stressing to get a drink and disjointed flow of good club music.

The key to a successful club, above any infrastructure and innovation, is excellent personal service. The goal is to make the patron happy and appreciated, and they will spend and come back to spend more.

This takes the majority, let your DJ be highly skilled and up-to-date

Apart from a good environment and location, the life of any good club is the DJ. If he is talented and knows the right vibes to play, people troop in. Your gate fees should be reasonable too.
Sample this tune from Sonique to know what am talking about:

What is this? a secondary school party? what a ridiculous idea.

Increase your marketing,
make a lot of noise.
Get yourself on the radio, meet popular presenter and be their guest on the radio.
billboards,
happy hours,
make it a celebrity hangout,
DJ competition
school dance competition(won't cost u much to organise)
loads of stuff to do

I went to this upscale club in Manhattan a few years back that had some really cute shot girls in skimpy outfits. Firstly, the club was cladded with plasma screens everywhere.
Also these dime-pieces for shot girls were secluded to the VIP area, engaged in friendly convo and kept the drinks coming. What was fascinating was, in the VIP area was a huge aquarium only devoid of fishes. As a matter of fact, the closest thing to marine life in this aquarium were the two chocolate bombshells in mermaid suits swimming across the entire length of the aquarium from one end to another. They had their hair down and swam like mermaids, creating a fantasy.

Bro, I tell you, the impression this left to me was lasting and while the music was blaring, the drinks kept pouring, the ladies looking right, I’m around my friends and we just absorbed at nature’s finest.

So in answering your question, the ultimate club experience besides the good music and beautiful females (my perspective at least) would be to incorporate an idea that would linger in the minds of your clients years to come.

Not this coming year, partner. It's straight up worshiping God and stacking money. I think my playa days are over now, it's time to get serious with the ever present God. And paper chasing ofcourse, God's willing.

@ poster

The reason why I go clubbing here in Liverpool, is because of the music. I listen to hip hop, but my friends don't,  but we all still go to the same club, becuase they have three floors catering for all taste in music, I don't know if music taste is a big issue in Nigeria, but here it is.

Girls that are ready to chat to guys are also good, even nights when I am not on the pull, the ability to have sensible and sometimes meaningness conversation with girls/even boys are great.

Reasonable priced drinks is also a good idea.

The latest thing with the clubs in my city at the moment is they have a boys nightout and a girls night out, the same day, but different floors with all catered for (sex not includede)

What about a live band or try and tempt some celebrity to your club

Music, the DJ must be talented to feel the pulse of those gyrating and definately up to date.
Drinks, organise your workers in such a way that drinks are provided on the spur of the moment not having to run after a waiter and start wondering if the waiter had to board a cab to get drinks.
the unforgetable advantage, create an atmospere where peeps keep coming back like making sure a celebrity arrives at the hottest period of the night.
Security,na this one they disturb peeps pass,u definately don't want your clubbers after having an hectic night to discover their car has been towed. Grin
then finally ,enough of both sexes gyrating on the dance floor which also comes back to the ability of the DJ to get peeps jumping to the beats.i consider it an eyesore for only guys to be on the dance floor harassing themselves instead of it being the other way round.or few girls being overcrowded.

Assured security Wink
I will only leave my house at night when I am sure I will get back home in one piece.
Huh
A DJ who does not get carried away on the job doing his own thing, without feeling the pulse of the crowd
Huh
Ok prices on your liquor, If you have a small high-speed cafe, that would be a plus

Why don't you try a club and a casino

Having a club down and Casino up , and probably add bowling.

Most clubs in Seychelles have this , and it pulls a lot of crowd.

Am sure this wil be new in Niger , and guys will want to feel the casino experience.
