Urgently Need A Developer To Develop An Estate

I currently seek for a reliable developer who can develop a large expance of land into an estate. we can get to meet and discuss the terms and work out the business. The land is  measuring about 250 hectares at Ofada Axis which is ready for purchase. The land is a prime land, not in Government acquisiton area and very close to the Lagos- Ibadanm expressway.
