This is authentic.The property is my company's assest(Babs Ajayi Associates), it's registered Estate Surveryors & Valuers firm. I guess u should confirm this. We'll issue you the conveyance of deeds which can be prepared by any nominated legal advice. This agreement shall be jointly signed by my company & the first owner of the property, this just to any further breach of trust. I hope this answers your question.

Is it along the road to Eko Tourist Beach Resort? You did not state if the land has C of O or Deed of Assignment. Those are the documents that will normally be required by banks or other financial institutions.
