Click bank is modern 419. I wonder if people actually make money. If you have made money with them prove it.

@ outlaws
Clickbank is no 419. I use them and I receive regular affiliate commissions from them and I know countless Nigerians that do the same.
@ monipulo
You will be needing a foreign address to register at clickbank. Sign up for a free account then submit a product approval request.
If you're approved, you will be asked pay about $47 for activation. (It was $47 the last time I checked).
When your check comes in, just deposit it into your domiciliary account in Nigeria. It usually clears in about 21 days. I use GTB and they are okay.
If your main aim is to accept payments for your ebook, then I suggest you use plimus.com
They accept Nigerians and its FREE.
Cheers

To: Akinalabi Thanks for the info. I really want to use clickbank because of their affiliate feature. I learnt clickbank now sends cheques weekly,is it true? As per foreign address,I don't have any address I can use presently. Can you help me out on this? How do I get a reputable address? Please let me hear from you. You can email me at: monipulo@yahoo.comThanks and God bless.

I know that's what's luring you. The affiliate feature is why many people remain with them. But don't think because you've got a product listed there, affiliates will come rushing to you. No way. You need to build your own army of affiliates from scratch. If you sell well and your gravity rises in their market place, "waka pass" affiliates can however pick you up. I'll send you an email in a bit. Cheers, Akin Alabi

You don't need a US bank account. Open a dom account here in Nigeria and deposit your checks there. It's not a problem at all.

I heard some banks can even clear your checks for you just by depositing into your Naira accounts. I havn't confirmed this though.
I cash mine at GTB. I've got a dom account there.
Foreign checks clear in about 21 working days.
Easy!

@ mlissa,
Thanks for bringing Haifz up. He does very well with clickbank and I've personally helped him collect over $10,000 checks using a UK address I use.
I'll be at the seminar on Saturday and I'll be looking forward to seeing you there.
