@dragnet, why don't you post him the due process of using the celtel website. Most people cannot find the activation link. Celtel's site is not that nice and is so irritating. Or just post the link to the activation page.

@bimbor, i used it to activate two lines when it came up, still works. besides that link looks like an FTP site, so it would be down wenever the Server is off. that's wht i'm thinking.
