Yes she does fake her accent, it is so messed up as i see no need for it. she trys to talk with a mashed up british accent and you know it is fake because she makes so many mistakes with her letters , she has a nigerian accent and trying to sound like something else makes her sound funny. I know what i am sayin because i went to school with some girls who tried to fit in by faking a London accent and you could hardly make out what the hell the were talking about. Funny enough there was a ghanian girl who spoke with a very clear voice but had a ghanian accent and she was liked, so i don't see why people fake.Best thing is talk with your natural accent, if it is very strong practice to make it clear because trying to sound like a londoner is just another accent too and kind of pointless trying to adapt to another when it does not come naturally. I find it deeply embarrassing when i hear people try to force another accent. Some people have a little twang here and there because they have have lived outside Nigeria or wherever but you can always make out what they say, because it is clear and not muddled up. So yes like omarigurl said she is fake in that respect. |
