On the other side some people who have access to the Credit Card are afraid to give out there real Credit Card Number while shopping on line. i am glad to introduce a Virtual Credit Card, it Safe and convenient.

No Bank account needed.
  No Documentation.
Get verified by paypal and moneybookers.
  Easy payment methods available.
  No hidden or monthly Charges.
Get in 24 to 48 hours via e-mail.

The Card is a credit/debit card but the difference is that you don't have the physical card at hand and you only spend what you loaded on to it

It will do well in Nigeria for many reasons such as helping people buy online. There are many items that are offered at very high prices but online they very cheap. Many people will deffinitely grab it.

But to do well in Nigeria, please consider certain factors.
- Are you going to have virtual contact here or is it strictly going to be online services.
- Cost
- Security that their funds are safe.
- Whats your refund policy.
- How is your offline publicity or are you going to use resellers to announce your service
- You stated paypal verification, what address is to be used for transactions, etc.

If you put everything staright, you will hit it big in Nigeria.

Goodluck.

First, you don't get a physical card to use in a supermarket, You only get the details of the card to shop online, like pay for web hosting, dating sites, study abroad program fee, order anything online without presenting a physical card to be swiped.
Go to the site and know more about anything i have not answered well, but u should be fine if u buy directly from www.worldwide-virtual-visacards.com they accept  and even direct payment in the US Iceland Japan, malaysia, I heard they will soon be accepting payment in Naira from us here in naija man, so no need to pay bank high charges

Felix neither know how it works nor he works with the company, You should contact the www.worldwide-virtual-visacards.com directly and ask your question, we are only talking here because we have used them, now its easy to make payment for your card to them via a local proxy within Nigeria.

based on my personal knowledge, i have used it for google adwords, paypal etc, and am sure it works for major merchants including paying for study abroad programs so long they accept VISA, you should be fine

If you are intellingent enough, you would have known that, using a different format would v done you good. You lack professionalism, you should seek advise to proof read your english before posting, so many words to use, why u sticked to one ? making it boring for people to read,
