I only agree with you on Mode9, but he would just be on my top 5
In 2007 Ruggedy was almost a flop, his sophomore didn't pull weight consequently he lost out on most big concerts that he did headline in recent past; i.e Star mega jam, Glo Campus storm e.t.c. Except for his "Clothing line" there was nothing special about Rugged in 2007
As for Dbanj he rocked 2007 but not as much as he did in 2006, Why me was more of a 2006 Anthem, don't be fooled by his Mtv award in 2007. He is on my top 6 anyway
