u can get a decent 2 bed room apartment for N300000 pa and a mini flat for less. This applies to areas like Anthony, Gbagada, Mende, Maryland, Ogba, Agege etc. But the N300000 is it for all d expenses which includes agency fee et all? Let me know

Hmm, i have the same issue on accomodation at the same locations you are looking at.
I was introduced to an agent who collected 2k from me and took me to terrible and dehumaninsing places for me to rent. i found another agent who collected 1.5k from me only to tell me my budget is too low. i work all through week days and am free on saturdays only for the agents to take me on terrible journeys.
Also they would ask me to be responsible for their transport and occassionally ask to use my phone!!!
Infact i must own my own flat by next year, by God's special grace.

That i can assure you. Anyways allow between 2day and friday and i'll update you but it has to be on a first come , first serve basis.
