Abuja Commodities Exchange - Please Enlighten Me

What exactly is done on the Abuja Commodities Exchange? The answer is "exchanging of commodities" lol. but does this mean commodity contracts aka futures?

I know there are many Nigerian traders who trade US futures - has anyone tried Nigerian or African (continental futures)?

Which commodities, how to find good broker etc.
