No. .sisx files are signed Symbian installation files for Symbianb OS version 9 and later. The N72 is using Symbian version 8.1a and will not be able to use .sisx files. it accepts only Symbian ver 8.1 and java application???._{( but if you upgrade to the latest firmwork not sure)}

ok  you can't install .sis on the nokia N80 but it allows the .sisx
i believe your trying to install the worng symbain version. Try a version 9.1 from www.gsm0.com i once had those problem with my nokia n73 which is also a ver 9.1 phone. As i stated earlier, .sisx files are signed Symbian installation files for Symbian OS version 9 that why it accepted to install it. But rejected the .sis because it not on it ver 9.1 plat form

Nah, since it also a ver9.1, i find no reason why it won't install the same application with Nokia N73 (also on v9.1)

I didn't get you before but know i do, You most have been trying to install the same application that worked for your N72 (which is 8.1) go to www.gsm0.com , there are lot of application for a Symbian ver9.1 phone there

Any one with current info on prices for N82 and N95[8GB]? e.g. at Slot Systems or other reputable GSM dealers in Ikeja?

If you've used either or both, which one would you recommend between the two? Have been to gsmarena and noticed their features are almost the same except the N95 is a slider and N82 does not have infra red.

unlocking your iPHONE and installing a simbian emulator doesn't make the blutoot work with anything other than an headset, it doesn't make it pick radio stations and  surf the web with wifi.

Besides installing a simbian emulator on an apple phone just shows that you are still looking over the fence at the party going on 'in our NOKIA CAMP'

Try running the phone without the memory card, if it still freezes, then its a phone thingy, Hard format the phone, i'll tell u how to do that soon. if the phone no longer freezes as it does, then u'll have to format that memory card.

how to hard format (careful when u do this o, my friend wan twist him hand when he tried it)
turn off phone, Hold the following keys:
* + 3 + green button and then press the power button to turn it on while u're holding down those three keys.

Make sure u have copied your contacts to sim directory, cUz u'll lose your phone contacts,
make sure u do this when your battery is full.
just make sure u remove anything useful on the phone sha before u try this.

i said it might work cUz that phone is running on Symbian OS 9.2, Series 60 v3.1, and i haven't tested this app on any phone with such platform. Your own done too much o, very soon we go settle this thing with fight, anybody wey win go stay the loser will have to leave phone section.

3.5G I believe has got High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) and it allows networks based on Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) to have higher data transfer speeds and capacity.
