Hello Guyman, Pewac an other Nairalanders
just let's hope in God 'cause he's the only one that can answer our prayers and i hope with you it shall surely come to pass
Life in Bode Thomas is cool, we have about 61 Trainees on ground and the atmosphere is friendly, we have the Asaaju omo from Abuja Zone, Neyoyo from Ibadan, and a host of others from Lagos, Jos and other zones.
I believe when the next call comes up it will also be a mixture of regions not a particular region so be aware you might be posted to a place you never lived in before
All the same wish you best of luck.

@ Adeyemi. Happy to learn your training is going smoothly. I wish to commend you for not abandoning us in the lurch. Thanks for that wonderful exposeè. Whether inter likes it or not, they must call us because they don't have an option. God has sealed it already, so it is a done deal. So, it is a matter of time.

so Mr Bruce, thread originator and big boy you finally chose Skye over Inter? Omo you dey on your own oh Cool . sadly though that's a precious training slot lost  Sad ; Inter should fast track their recruitment process. all the best though . . . we'll get there.

Hi guys,Bode Thomas is fun but a little hectic.it's between 8a.m and 5.30 p.m and with the transport situation in Lagos, you know how stressful life can

be.Those in Ofada are corpers that served with them and their own training is supposed to be for just 4 weeks,so maybe, there could be free slots by

May ending. Our own training will hopefully end first week in June.

This is just to cheer you up.

Meaning what?  The training slot lost isn't my fault. Like You said they should fast track their recruitment process. Having being advised by the Head of Manpower resourcing of Inter to apply for a training waiver and she will treat it within 3 days, what happened after I applied? Its almost a month now, just to approve an application. I should sit down and wait? Moreover, Inter's training can not be compared with the one I had gone through. so why should I go through the training again? Because of 100K? Besides, Training is not a guaranty of employment, You could be bolted out at the slightest guf. I had to make a head way with my career which of course is not dependant on one bank alone.

Am happy in Skye. The atmosphere is cordial and harmonious. The pay is better compared to others. With the increase it is better than Inter. I can as well switch to any other bank if I want when I must have gathered the experience required which has started counting by the grace of God.

Hope You will be invited soon.

Take care and all the best

@bruce: no lele man. do your thing.

@ycw:
1. IBPLC training for entry level graduates Degree/HND is now 10 weeks. but  only 2weeks for OND and 5 weeks for ex corps members that are retained.
2. The next step can never be predicted. it depends on when they're ready and in the case of training when opening arises.
3. training pay for degree/HND graduates is 100k per month
4. graduate trainees upon completing training school step up to around 167k per month.

youths pretend especially girls. They will never tell you the truth.Do you know what,a girl will never tell you how she got her job neither will she tell you what she did to get that job.I don't know why it is like that. Why is it that they always pretend that they got the job out their own hard work instead of telling the truth abouth the whole matter. If you ask them , they will say NA PRAYER O. But we the elders have understood. They want to hid their evil practicses with the so called WOMAN(human) RESOURCES MANAGERS in offices

Life in the training school is full of FUN, TEAM SPIRIT and TRUST IN GOD. IBPLC training school is not a child's play. You have test almost thrice a week and your overall AVERAGE must not be less than 70% inorder to qualify for employment.

With God, all things are possible. I am looking forward to you IBPLC HOPEFULS joining the HAPPY FAMILY soon.
