We have just secured a written contract from one of the most reliable Property Development and Real Estate Companies in Nigeria - New Creations Properties Ltd. This deal is open until the 28th of December, 2007. Please be aware of this, as we are currently buying into a promo for a landed property that is valued at N450,000. Modus Operandi

1.Place a request by going to the Request menu in your member’s area. Select the Deal you are interested in , then Click Submit.

2. For club members who already have some money in their NNC Account, you can simply take part in this by sending the money to NNC indicating which of the starcomms deals it is for - Starcomms 1 or Starcomms 2. Members who want to use their NN Currency can also exchange with other members so they can have all they need to do the deal in their accounts. People can also pay to their sponsors who have more money to send NN cash into their accounts.

3. For people who currently have no money in their NN accounts, the deals administrator will reach you about which account to pay to.

4. We will be taking delivery of the first batch on Friday, so interest and cash that doesn’t reach us by Wednessday will fall into next week.

5. The starcomms packages will be available for pick up at Generis Solutions offices or via sponsors with many interested inductees. Pick-up will be on Saturday between 12 and 3pm
