am not a doc yet but this is much i know.
is the hair loss localized or affects a whole area of your scalp(general hair loss)

if its localized then it might be caused by either twisting/pulling of hair esp for people that braid alot/hold their rollers tight.
it might be a fugal infection ie tinea capitis
it might be alopecia areata ie patches of baldness and this usually grows back later.

if it is general hair loss.it might be as a result of fever,sudden weight loss,stress and even sometimes child birth.
i am yet to learn/be taught that fibroid causes hair loss.  Undecided

so see a specialist to determine what you have and how to treat it.i know that hair transplant is a corrective measure its expensive and there are drugs that help eg Rogaine/minoxidil. ask a specialist please.

dryness during sex might be because you are tensed up,no/insufficient foreplay and other things.

For vaginal dryness, if you already have fibroid surgical removal, your doctor always give you prescribed medicine for postmenopausal pills to relieve your PMS, hot-flash, other things as well as vaginal dryness. Usually called hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

Many menopausal women experience some form of vaginal dryness or irritation due to the thinning of the vaginal mucosa that typically occurs as hormone levels decline. Severity of symptoms may vary from woman to woman, with some women experiencing only occasional discomfort while, for others, symptoms may be near constant. For those experiencing symptoms of vaginal tissue thinning, such as itching, irritation, burning or pain there are many options for reducing or resolving the discomfort.

For women who need extra moistening and lubrication during intercourse, a personal lubricant can reduce friction and irritation. One that includes herbs and nutrients can nourish tissues as well. A personal lubricant are non-prescription drug that is found at any drug store over the counter.

For hair loss, maybe you have unsuspected STD (gonorrhea) that cause hair loss, go see your doctor. If you got tested result on STD as negative, then @ifyalways has said it above explaining about hair loss.

Loss of hair could be as a result of deficiency in some hormones in your body. Hormones such as androgens and oestrogen may be responsible for the loss of hair.

Vaginal dryness as well may be due to flunctuation in the concentration of these hormones in your body. But you may
not need to entertain any fear. You can get relief from these problems. Just click on the URL below;
